siding, replacement windows
+ 0 moreI am thinking it should be probably be next week when he will get started. The windows were $3950. I chose him over other companies because he was local; I am trying to support the locals as I can and as far as the materials, compared to others was that he did put an added insulation along with the vinyl siding.
Description of Work: I am using Barnwell Exteriors for windows and siding. He came out, got me a price, and I made a down payment for the windows.

gutter repair, drain pipe
+ 0 moreHe came exactly on time and performed the gutter installation. He promised to come by, "by Friday" to accomplish the ditch digging of the drainage pipe. As a storm was forcasted for Thursday, he came out to complete the project. Note: His first estimate was higher than others, but said he'd match any lower bid. After a total of five estimates, he lowered his bid to match @ $915. I chose Mr. Rimes because I disliked the (competitor) person's demeanor of the other company.
Description of Work: Entire home gutter installation with additional installation of two drainage pipes.
