Description of Work: Came out May of last yr.for my daughter an her husband an kids.Told them what was wrong and what they would charge and didn't charge them a service call. They were very professional.

+ -1 moreor insured the only reason I didnt call them back is I noticed on his fb page he was not bonded or insured. I called for a second opinion from 1 hour air and hr and he found additional problems, so fixing the problem scott found would have resulted in another call to fix the other ptoblem. I am on limited income and cannot afford extra expenses, but they are very polite and professional and nice people. NOW STOP SENDING ME THESE SURVEYS!!!
Description of Work: put in a new drainage line....it was about to catch fire inside under unit was full of water and lines were in water snd they repaired that also. they cleaned unit inside and out. they were very good

+ -1 moreI liked that he wiped his feet befofe he entered my home. He took the time to explain what the problem was. He did not try to charge me an evening /emergency call. He did not try to sell me something that I did not need. he did not leave me hanging, he called me like he said he would when he was done with his current job.
Description of Work: When I came home from work my heating was blowing cold air and the fan would not shut off. I called around and other companies wanted to charge me a evening/ emergency call. I remembered seeing Wheelers on Facebook. I gave him a call and told him the problem. He said he was on a job but would call me when he was done and come by that evening. True to his word he called me and got directions to my house. He looked at the outside unit and to me that the board inside the unit was basicly a small computer that monitored the system. He explained what the flashing lights meant. he reset the board and shut down the power. A few minutes later turned the power back on and the heat came on. he waited until the house was at the right temp and made sure the fan turned itself off. I asked how much I owed him and he said it was a daytime service charge of $55.00. Made me happy to know that he would treat me with respect and not try to overcharge me.

+ -1 moreWe woke up to a hot house and we called several other heat and air conditioning companies but had to wait at least a week, then we found him on Facebook as a suggestion and he was here the next day! He was very nice man. He then proceeded to diagnose what the problem was he used the proper tools that he needed in his service pack. He then told me he would be back in 30 minutes because he didn't have that type of motor on his truck and wanted to be fixed properly and not use a rescue motor! He was a man of his word cause right on the 30 minute mark, he pulled back into the drive. quickly installed the new motor and then checked the whole system to make sure we didn't have anymore immediate problems... He was such a pleasure to meet. I would highly recommend Wheeler's H.V.A.C to all my friends in this area!sea
