+ -1 moreWell now, it's going at about 3 to 4 inches per year, i'd estimate. My above story tells it all. This husband and wife team are to be avoided at Any cost and they are very economical, until years later. Not so cheap anymore.Crooks septic systems in Westminster 206 N Retreat rd.
Description of Work: Marshall Crooks was hired by me to install septic tank and grade homesite land. Work was performed and finished in fair time.House has sat for 6 years and erosion has started to take the house apart as it slides away. Grading was improperly done and i can only hope no other person goes through losing property and possible loss of life over inept workmanship. Also, septic is very slow, as expected as earth passes under it as it moves away down the hill.
