+ -1 moreThe realtor, Pat, listed our house in December, 2012. The pictures they took were not of a quality to entice viewings. The video concentrated on the negative aspects of the house. We asked that they take different pictures, which they did. But, they just added them to the less attractive pictures, instead of replacing them. The biggest disappointment was that no one in their office, not even the listing agent, had a single showing in the four months we were with them. There were two showings, by other offices, and we were not given feedback unless we called to ask for it. The only feedback we got was that we have to reduce our price. We were told by other realtors that our price seemed fair and reasonable.
Description of Work: They were recommended to us by the relocation company to list our house for sale.

He is very service oriented. He is everything that you would want in an agent. When we were searching, he would constantly send us e-mails with listings that were available.
