I got no response from Adam when I contacted him through Angie's List. I called his listed number and he seemed very harried by whatever was going on that day. He agreed to set up an appointment for an estimate, approximately a week and a half in the future. The agreed-upon day and time arrived and Adam was a no-show. I called him and texted him and got no response. To me, this indicates that he can't be relied upon to communicate with his customers or keep his commitments. I wouldn't trust him with as big a job as the one we have planned.

They did an amazing job. The whole crew was kind and knowledgeable. The work was done quickly but efficiently. The outcome is gorgeous!! We would definitely hire them for any future services and we will recommend them to everyone!!

We were on a budget, and Adam worked with us to come up with a plan we could afford (which did not include everything either he or I would have liked). It really was a gut job on the old, dilapidated porch (covered, and screened in) due to rot and neglect. The results are basically a new porch, which is very solid and attractive. His team started on time, and did a truly amazing job. We are very happy with the results, and will be happy to be a reference.

Adam recommended some changes to our original plan, which worked out better. The crew was friendly and professional. The EZ Breeze windows he installed are excellent; easy to open and close, good looking. Overall an excellent job.

Amazingly fast, from estimate to contract, to tear down and rebuild. Adam was very responsive, had a lot of good suggestions and a good vision of what the new deck could look like. We were replacing a very old, dilapidated, 2 level deck, and wanted a one level deck with an updated, simple look. There was a two or three person crew out here daily and the tear down/build/clean-up was finished in 5 workdays. We love our new deck!

Adam discovered a couple of the repairs were more extensive than expected, he simply pointed them out to me and went about the work without suggesting he may have to charge more. High quality craftsmanship at a very reasonable price.

My deck was in a terrible shape; the only solution was complete demolition and construction of a new deck. I had spent some time researching my options so I had a fairly good idea of what I wanted. I turned to Affordable Home Concepts because I wanted a contractor with a good reputation who had experience in deck building. Adam did not disappoint and proved to be an excellent choice. Adam and his crew knew exactly what they were doing. They spent one day removing the old deck, completely carting away all the materials.Three days were spent constructing the new deck including new concrete footings. Some "minor" replacement of siding was required where the deck abuts the house. One of my requirements was the minimal use of nails so bolts and screws were used. However please understand that this does (understandably) add to the cost of construction. Affordable Home Concepts get an A+ for their excellent work and clean up after. The deck dimensions are 23 feet X 10 feet

This is the second time I've hired Adam and, again, I am so happy with the results! I had only planned on something simply functional but Adam suggested adding a few details in the trim work which made the shed actually quite cute. His team was curteous, professional and completed the entire project in a few days.

A couple years ago. Mr. Dutton is nothing but a swindler and a liar - and, about as unprofessional as they come. Promised compensatory work for their gutter falling off my house. When I tried scheduling 6 months later, he told me he was out of business - then, proceeded to diss me and my house, to the point my lawyer wanted to sue him out of his misery (for not fulfilling his implied contract). Buyer beware!

We've scheduled on the Front Porch project and it will be done in 2 weeks time, the estimate was too high for my budget on the deck project, but Adam will definitely do the front porch addition for me and actually, I already made a down payment of half the price for the front porch project.

I am very pleased with the work this company did on my deck. We had this deck built in 2015 (was designed with waterproofing on upper floor). Despite several attempts a couple of contractors to do job right, we consistently had problems with leaking. Adam of Affordable Home Concepts has done what the others either could not or would not - and that is take the time to analyze the problem thoroughly, and then put in the time and appropriate materials to get the job right. The deck now looks great and no longer leaks!

They were very thorough and did a wonderful job. The quality was excellent. They were friendly and easy to work with. They also were professional, showed up on-time, and cleaned up after themselves. I would hire them again.

Adam was absolutely terrific, very creative in the design for what I wanted done on my front steps. He made sure it was a non-slip surface on the front porch. I didn't even have to ask him to do this, it was already done. I would use Affordable Home Concepts LLC and recommend their service.

Adam was very good in taking on this project as he had never installed one before. We supplied him with the manufacturers directions and he was able to install the gate .

Adam gave us a good estimate for repairs that included the exterior all the way through the interior entirely replacing the wall. He and his crew worked through difficult weather and long hours to complete the task as fast as possible.

He answered the phone unprofessionally or uninterested but work for best because he did not service my zip therefore no work was performed

Adam and crew completed this large project for us that was finished within the projected time-frame and at a very reasonable cost. During the project, communication with Adam and crew was excellent. The work rendered was high quality and we are very happy with the results. The new decks are a huge improvement in looks, strength and features. The crew did a great job cleaning up the debris. We will hire Adam again for any home improvement needs and can gladly recommend him to others.

Adam did an amazing job and exceeded my expectations. He was completely honest and transparent throughout the entire process. He adapted easily to any changes I made and worked hard to create an addition to my home that is attractive as well as functional.
