After getting multiple quotes and researching several companies, we decided to contract with Affordable Home Concepts to do repairs to the exterior trim and siding and paint our house. Their pricing was very competitive and the work was performed to standard. Adam was good to work with us through changes we requested and in the end we were very satisfied. We plan to use them for other projects in the near future.

Adam and his crew were professional and did an excellent job. The finished deck far exceeded what I expected. The crew kept me informed as the job went along so I knew what to expect. I would recommend them and use them again.

First of all let me tell you about Adam and his contractors. The workmanship was impecable. They are steps above AWESOME. Adam was very helpful with the deck design and he kept us abreast of every thing. If Adam said somthing was going to happen, it did, we knew exactly who was coming and when, there was never a breakdown in communication. The project was completed in a timely manner. Our house was pressure washed, painted, the deck was built with a roof, concrete poured and when they completed the project everything was cleaned up and hauled away. We feel that Adam and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Let me not forget to mention how professional they were. We had a rotting 35 year old deck. Adam and his team carefully evaluated our needs and made some great suggestions. He built a gorgeous, screened deck that far exceeded our expectations. My 120 year old neglected house received the best exterior paintwork anyone could ever ask for. A true "Cinderella Story" as the old girl now is wearing her ball gown. Every challenge was addressed, and there were many. Adam and his crew are wonderful to work with.

I've gotten lots of compliments on the deck, and friends who are more carpentry-savvy than I am have told me that it is well-constructed and built to last. Never wanted to send anyone out & when an appointment was finally made for an estimate, they canceled an hour before..then they said they couldn’t get anyone out for 3 weeks! Ridiculous customer service!

Adam and his staff assessed our needs and were able to start the job in a timely fashion. He completed the work in the time he estimated and at a fair price. He kept us informed along the way of the progress . Happy to have him complete the project.

Adam was very attentive and communicated status throughout the project. Affordable Home Concepts replaced a rotting deck (250 sq ft, 9' in air) in very quick time. They were able to find time in the schedule, complete the demo in one day (which included removing all debris) and then rebuild the deck in one week. The work was very thorough and the deck is well-built and strong. They added some additional touches per my requests (additional blockers and child-safe gate). I would definitely hire them again for future work.
