+ -1 moreFirst visit fine- all Visits since have been when I am not here or knowing they are coming- no garage, no in house, no Fire Ant and we have two Chihuahua's who get bit.... And they just don't care= this is what you get with them- p o o r s e r v i c e ! ! !
Description of Work: Provider showed up at night and scared the daylights out of babysitter and daughters, showing up unannounced at night and pressing face against window: Not communicating their schedule: telling me that they won't be on my side of town for weeks and it may take over a week to address Fire Ant breakout: Not answering phone when questioning why they wouldn't let me know they were coming so they could do the garage; Look it is very simple: Commo- poor, blame the customer for their shortcomings and self divulged staff that can't do what is expected, too much reactionary- TELLING THE CUSTOMER THAT THEY ARE W R O N G- we did contact you..... Attitude- I will be out there late- I am across town, you are lucky that I am coming Don't know if I am in the outer limits- they came to me on foot drumming up business, thought they might be better- Whatever the reason, I am a customer who purchased a product and it hasn't been provided- they told me contract for five visits- now it is five quarterly visits- Told them, let me pay you for one visit and break contract, nope- you must pay both- T H I N K C A R E F U L L Y with these people, call their customer service, to be told by a young lady that I am wrong, you just didn't read the email or you didn't pay attention....young lady, look at my servicerecords and contact the finance lady- she is aware
