+ -1 moreI left message on answering machine with error code from my washers display. Sully called back to inform me that he does not service my area without having the complete address. I checked the distance on mapquest and depending on the route the distance was 19.3 - 20.4 miles. Quite sad that he cannot drive 20 miles to a job. Or was it the fact that I left the error code and he didn't want to bother with it?

+ -1 moreSullys was ontime and did the repair in record time. Excellent troubleshooter and keeps spare parts on his van as well.
Description of Work: Sully was called to come in and repair a Dryer than was left unrepaired from an open work order from Capitol Appliance who was too lazy to source a $28 Terminal Block after I provided the OEM information for them to contact. Sully came to the rescue with an excellent price and $100 cheaper than the recommended vendor from Samsung. Use Sullys if you don't want to end up buying a new appliance over a minor repair and keep your money in your pocket!!

+ -1 moreSully came in and took apart the washer and drained all the tubes and pulled out the pipes and pulled out trash. He put the washer back together and made sure that the washer was draining. He also guarantees his work for 1 month and will come back out if it is the same problem.
Description of Work: Samsung front loader was not draining.
