Willie is the person I contracted with but Diego & his selected workers tried to do the work. No, they are not professional, skilled, or reliable to do the job right. Customer satisfaction and making it right are not focal points of this business. The drywall is up and it is Half way painted. They are not skilled painters: walls are missing paint, runs and drips, clunked paint, smeared paint, trim and baseboards are uneven, with gaps, don’t match in color (brown & white), not lined up; cracked / broken door/window frames, shelves with miss matched & wrong hardware, loose fasteners, hardware in wrong locations, unpatched holes from worker errors; outlets placed unevenly, sunken in, Don’t lineup, drywall gaps around outlets; trim & baseboards with gaps; ceiling fan not working, missing trim; access door understair half built / not painted - it’s unpainted plywood with hinge. gave Willie benefit of doubt - wrong decision. Diego/crew are not reliable, unskilled, and can’t do good Work.

Everything went so well! Willie J. Smith can best be described as having strong craftsmanship, consistent communication skills and a high work ethic. Everyone on Willie’s team was detail oriented and excellent at their job. Willie was clear on the work that needed to be done and what the cost would be so that there wouldn’t be any surprises. Remodeling can be very stressful to the homeowner and Willie’s was very compassionate and professional especially Ashton, Devin and Diego. During my home remodel my mother’s roof got damaged during a storm and she hired Willie to fix her roof. They did an excellent job! Anyone who is going to remodel their home should definitely consult with Willie J. Smith and Associates. I highly recommend them.

Overall, I had an amazing experience with Smith & Associates! They were hired to complete a full remodel in my hall bathroom and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. They were professional, showed up on time, completed the remodel quickly and as scheduled. Mr. Smith & his associates did outstanding and impeccable work. Well when I posted on the app I needed a estimate, he -(Willie),messaged me back promptly, and then we tlk on the phone setting up the best time for him to come out ,and he came as he said and he sent the estimate to me as he said ,and yall he was prompt bout it didn't drag his feet ,we talk again about when I wanted the job did ,and AGAIN, Willie was prompt ,professional and the same with his workers polite ,respectful, honest, and we need more people like that ,and his crew came and had the job done within a couple of days ,and they stayed busy ,I have nothing negative to say ,was really pleased about the whole process ,I had plenty others come out for estimate and failed me ,didn't send estimate as they promised but you don't have to worry about that with Willie and his crew ,how the saying goes ur in good hands with them wishing them the best business ever ,praying his business blow up ,please give him and his crew a chance thanks again Angie list and a big thanks to you Smith and Associates

I was very impressed they did a good job they showed up when they said they would and we never had any problems it was a very pleasant experience. They picked up all the materials for the job and return the unused materials and got a credit for us they were an excellent excellent company!

The staff were on time, professional and involved me in the process step by step. I enjoyed working with Willie and his staff. They are industrious workers and perfectionist. The staff want to do excellent work. It is not just a job for them. They are proud of their work and want the customer to be satisfied. I am beyond satisfied. Smith and Associates did an outstanding job. I plan to call them in the future for other remodeling projects in my home.

It went awesome. Beginning with Aysia, who handles correspondence and appointment setups. These guys are prompt, thorough and knowledgeable about floor problems and repair. They installed a Luxury Vinyl flooring which Mr. Willie Smith, the owner, recommended, and which we were not familiar with before, as we intended to just cover with lineoleum. How happy we are to have a gorgeous new floor. Mr. Smith's team picked up our selection from retailer. Work was completed with no interruptions in less than 3 days. They leave your house clean.
