Description of Work: James came out and we walked through our house and talked about concerns we had as a family and him being the professional that he is as a consultant. He gave us an appointment approximately 2 days later and set the appointment to where our Saturday was not completely gone after his installer left. The installer showed up 15 minutes early and took care of business. H was quick, respectful and knowledgeable. You cannot go wrong wih Palmetto Alarm
