Orkin Pest & Termite Control

They are due to come again in July. It is $77 per service. I have a very small house. One man comes out to do the service. The worker is a wonderful person. He left the area clean.

We had some confusion. They were short staffed and so we were getting different people and the timing was not as good.

I have a long term contract with them. I have used them for 40 years. They are always professional.

I have had my bond for almost 10 years with this company and had noticed i stopped receiving bills. When I called the office they informed me my bond had been cancelled due to lack of payment. They told me they had sent several notices out (which they did not). I am glad I called them to see what was going on before i actually had a problem. I called the office in Atlanta and their attitued seemed to display that they really do not care. I would avoid this company and go with someone local.

The actual service was just fine, it was the constant non communication between the service guys and the office that was the problem. They messed up appointment times, messed up payments, told me our credit card didn't go thru when that wasn't true. Told me they left messages that they never did, one person would give me one price then the next person would tell me another price, for almost three years it was nothing but problems.One guy came out to put in 9 new vents and then a manager came to check his work and said he did them all wrong. I will never use these people again nor will I recommend them to anyone. We are finally done with this company.

They were wonderful. They did a significant difference in the number. They explained the different stages of the life of the roaches. They gave us some great education. They did a great job. They offered to come back. He gave me his number and said that I could call him in two weeks to come back to treat it with no cost. He was very helpful. He treated everything thoroughly. He did a beautiful job. I called him and told him that it was really an emergency. They came the next day at the time he said he was coming. I won't use anybody else again.

They've been pretty good. I would use them again in the future.

They came on time, they told me what was going to happen. It was as pleasant experience as it can be.

I used them in Florida and never saw a bug in the house. I just moved here and had them come out and spray everything for me. He explained everything to me and was very nice.

I had seen a few bugs, so I called them. They came right out, contracted for their services, and they came out every three months after that. I never had any bugs, so they must have been good, but I had to retire and couldn't afford them anymore, so I had to stop their service.

They are excellent. They are very professional.

It goes quiet well with them. They always call before they come and if I am not going to be around then I leave a note on the door allowing them to come in. They are very professional.

They are excellent. They are very considerate, outgoing and they want to do the job right. They're children and pet safe. They are friendly people. It could be cheaper but you have to take what you can get.

They are awesome. They are expensive but they are good. I would use them in the future.

I have had Orkin termite bond on two of my homes and this is the last time I am ever using them. Getting them to perform the actual inspection was and is the greatest difficulty. You are billed to death to pay the renewal fee (which goes up 10% every year and the inspector is at your home about 15 minutes), and once they have your money, you never hear from them. YOU have to call to get them to come do inspection. I have had to call the Better Business Bureau on them in years past. Sometimes they show up for the appointment, sometimes they call while you're waiting to say they cannot come. This year, after being at the house two times and two times they rescheduled, when they did call to confirm the new date - it was the wrong date! Then, the day AFTER the inspection was done, the office called to confirm an appointment for the next day! And neither of the two fellows who did come out (one was a trainee) was the person who had pre-signed the inspection report form. When I inquired about that, I was told that this guy signs all the forms at the start of the day. The guys that came to my house just filled in what they found. I went with Orkin at the outset as I was told that their bond was transferrable if you sold your home. I have now learned that only some of the bond is transferrable. Again, for the money they charge, the service really stinks. This member has learned a very expensive lesson.

The whole neighborhood has this problem. We did not get them from Angie's List. We signed up for a package. They came out three or four times during the year. They are great. I don't know about any competitors' prices, but theirs seem to be standard with others that I have talked to. I don't think there's anything outrageous about their pricing. They are right on top of things and make sure that they take care of us. I would absolutely use them again. They would actually be my first call.
