+ -1 moreThe first time I went to pick up the boat, parts were missing that were taken off to do the work. The second time the parts were replace but the fit and re-install of the seats was poor and many of the seats were not bolted in. Finally, I just finished the work myself. Its unfortunate because there was a time that the shop did very good work.

Description of Work: Randy Nordan's Trim Shop & Upholstery Shop 500 Meeting St West Columbia, SC 29169 (803) 794-0209 My new F-150 front seat does not fit me correctly. My previous F-150 purchased new in 1999 had the same problem and I had severe sciatica as a result. I used cushions to overcome this issue. Ford never provided any help and said they had never heard this complaint before, so that route was a no go. So, after some research, I called Randy at Norton's Trim and Upholstery Shop. Randy quoted me $100 to remove the seat, remove foam till it fixed my comfort issue, and put it back like new. One of Randy's mechanics removed the seat and put it on a bench and removed the fabric and exposed the foam. Another person who had a lot of upholstery experience trimmed the foam to meet my specifications using a foam cutting tool that cost over.
