Description of Work: Only complaint is that I was quoted $1500 up front for reupholstery and then was confronted at settle up with additional costs for pillows and arm covers. Those should have been disclosed up front, otherwise they did an excellent job.

My project had some challenges because I had to refinish some wood trim on the sofa and I wasn't sure about what to do. They gave me great advice and the end result turned out better than I ever expected. Their quick turnaround was unbelievable. It arrived a week sooner than I thought...just in time for a party I was having. I can highly recommend Jeremy and his crew at New Coverings. They are all so nice and do a fantastic job. They are real professionals! I can't wait to get more things recovered!!!!

We discussed the price - which is the price I ended up paying. The job was done within days of my contacting them. The chairs look great - very happy with the workmanship. Really nice to deal with.
Description of Work: Did the seats for 6 dining room chairs - both the covering and the filling. The chairs were picked up at my house and delivered back 2 days later.

The owner said that he would have an employee that lived close and he would pick it up in the morning and bring back at the end of the day. Picked up at exactly the stated time and delivered at the exact stated time. Excellent job on the chairs would definitely use again. Very polite and wanted to know how he did.

The only thing that didn't go according to plan was that the amount of material estimated to cover the pieces was not enough, but it was the same amount that others had estimated. Part of the problem was that Jeremy did extra cording which others did not suggest. His suggestion made the sectional look better. We got the extra fabric and it was done. Jeremy is a joy to work with. Courteous, funny, reliable.
Description of Work: Sectional with three pieces, five cushions and thirteen pillows recovered in a microsuede purchased elsewhere. Work done quickly. Pickup and delivery on time. Care taken with the pieces. They look very nice at this point which is right after I got them back.

I bought the material beforehand. Jeremy picked up the chairs, repaired the damaged areas, reupholstered the chairs and delivered them back to my house in two weeks. He did an outstanding job and they look brand new! He made all arrangements according to my schedule and completed the project on time. He's very talented and professional and I'm thrilled with my new chairs. They look beautiful! I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Pattern was matched beautifully on both chairs so that as they sit side by side then look beautiful! I am very pleased. The owner was very easy to reach and I would use them again. You can view their items on facebook at New Coverings.
Description of Work: Had 2 recliner wing chairs recovered. Evidently not the easiest chairs in the world to recover...lots of parts. He added new padding where needed and inside webbing.

Recently, we've begun painting a great deal of older looking chairs for a "new" look. We build n cover custom headboards, ottomans, and storage boxes. We do light refinishing work. We can sew pillows, simple drapes, and some odd stitching, such as lawn mower bags! We offer a follow along website via Facebook with plenty of pictures!
We do not strip finished wood and restain it. We also do not sew slip covers. I'm sorry.
