+ -1 moreYes, I would use them again.They are very professional and they call before they come and they do what they say they're gonna do. They had to add some freon. I found them in the yellow pages.

Description of Work: Mack has kept my 16 year old heat pump alive and well. They are the greatest! Kenny is very knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. And always on time. I will be getting a new heat pump soon and am very happy with the estimate from Mack Heating and Cooling.

+ -1 moreWas having cooling problems on one of the hottest days of the year. Called them on a Friday afternoon, 06-29-2012, with my concerns for loosing air conditioning. I had a big party the next day and was really anxious and concerned that we would have air. I was told that a representive would be to the house within the hour. They were! He inspected the unit and found a couple of great concerns! Because he didn't have the needed supplies with him, he fixed things so they would be ok until another representive comes the following Monday to fix things. They came at the appointed time and fixed the problems. Very pleased with the whole situation!
Description of Work: I have used them for my maintence contract for the last 3 years and find them to very reliable, knowledgeble, trustworthy, professional and friendly. They have been very responsive to my calls for service.

+ 0 moreI used Mack Heating and Cooling Inc only one time. I thought I had a dead animal in an air duct but it was actually just underneath my house. He disposed of it for me and only charged me the service fee. He was right on time and very professional.

+ -1 moreWhen I have needed them, they are here in a reasonable amount of time. The workers are friendly and professional. They tell me everything I need to know when they come out. The approximate cost listed is what I pay per year.
Description of Work: I have a contract with them to come out twice a year to service both my heating and air conditioning units. They originally installed my unit for me three years ago and I have used them ever since.
