I had a technician come out for my home warranty service. He checked my A/C duct work and told me that the way it was installed was incorrect and that is what caused the problem. I then get a call from American Home Shield telling me the technician told them that my problem was not normal wear and tear because there should be a fan or something circulating air in my attic. WHO HAS A FAN CIRCULATING AIR in their attic? I don't know a single person who has a home that has circulation in their attic. And because I do not have air circulation in my attic, it is not normal wear and tear. If the technician had told me this before he left, I would have questioned it and researched it prior to him leaving so I knew for sure he was correct, but after looking, this is not standard practice in any home. My biggest complaint is the lack of information given to me by the technician. I am tired of technicians leaving crucial information out and assume that is "not lying". Stay away from hospitality heating and air, go with someone else.
