Description of Work: Home sent someone to do a termite inspection and I had scheduled them to come out the same time as the home inspector. The Home Pest Control inspector was very impressive and was pointing out issues that the inspector I was paying was not even noticing!! Basically the inspector I was paying was doing such a terrible job and was lazy but the Home Pest control inspector was all over it and made it a point to show the inspector the issues he was missing. The relators in the deal ended up shift arming Home Pest Control because they said their prices were overpriced but I didn't think they were unreasonable. I would prefer to pay for the quality when it is something as important as a home. However, the seller absolutely would not agree to pay a penny more than the minimum quote from a contractor and we did not use Home Pest Control for the repairs that were needed. Looking back now I wish we would have just worked it out for their services since the contractor did a poor job and cut corners where he could... I would highly recommend using this company and don't let your realtor talk you out of it because they just want to get the deal going...
