Description of Work: Their customer service folks were very friendly and worked with me to correct a bit of miscommunication, and were able to quickly rectify the mistake. (Not sure if it was my fault or theirs, but it doesn't really matter.) They walked me through the steps I needed to take and were very easy to work with.

Description of Work: I couldn't recommend this company more. They provided a termite inspection and the guy was pointing out issues that the home inspector I was paying was missing. Learn from this review and don't listen to your realtor if they complain about this company being too expensive. I took that advice and the work done by another contractor was very poor quality. Realtors will just try to get the deal closed even if it is at the expense of poor workmanship on your home. I did not have repairs done by Home Pest Control but if their repairs are as of high quality as the inspectors then I would highly recommend them!!

+ -1 moreI started using them as the previous owner used them first and they put a termite bond on the property. They are ok. They always try to tell me about add on’s which I am not interested about. They are not great and at the same time not bad. It is not that expensive to renew their bond. I would use them again in the future as it is a lot cheaper than getting a new contract.
Description of Work: I use Home Pest Control Co for pest extermination. I use them on a yearly basis as a part of the termite bond for an inspection.

Description of Work: After being covered with a termite bond on our home for 17 years with this company and a yearly inspection showing no termites we were informed after selling our home that the bond could not be transfered to the new owner because we had not re-treated the home after 10 years. This company did not notify of any re-treatment needed and no billing for this was not forth coming. This company states that we the property owner needed to pay for a re-treatment for the sale of this property so that a transfer of the bond to the new owner could be possible. Because this company drops the customer service ball on notification to its customers/clients about treatments and when they should be updated we were blind-sided and they did not wish to discuss but only wanted the retreatment and payment for said treatment which my wife and I finally complied. No termites were ever discovered and no damage for said insects were ever located in our home, however this re-treatment was required.

I am in a neighborhood where there is a lot of wooded area. They are really punctual and just willing to listen and resolve any issues whatsoever. They will also come out free of charge if there are any issues in-between services.

+ -1 moreI've been using them for 10 or 11 years now. Every single employee that arrives comes in a spotless uniform, they are polite, and they have shoe covers when they come in the house. They come here, they do their job, and they leave. I don't know what people pay, but to me the price seems fair. Although I would like to pay less.

+ -1 moreAs a result of annual inspection, the company representative noted water damage from pre existing water seeping into the foundation via a sliding glass doorway. We had noted damage to frame around sliding glass door in same area. Company gave us an estimate for repair via email. We contacted them and set a date for the repair. Their repair man showed up on that date and proceeded to work on the job. He was polite, considerate and explained what he was doing. Since much of the work was under the house, I can only assume that it was done correctly. The work that was visible inside the house appeared to be fine. The repairman cleaned up after himself and moved the furniture back into the correct location before he left.
Description of Work: Repaired water damage to sub floor, window frame and replaced foundation wood that was deteriorating.

+ -1 moreErich did a wonderful job. He was very professional, friendly, and was on time. I didn't even realize he was there at first because he got right to work. He did a great and thorough job. Our only concern was that we thought we saw rodent droppings under the home, and he said we did not have rodents, but that is fine considering it is under the house. Erich cleaned up after himself and gave us everything he needed. I highly recommend using this company and ask for Erich when you call.

Description of Work: This company provides terminate control and warranty, and quarterly pest control for my home. I didn't have any major pre-existing problems, but I obtained their services to ensure I don't have any problems in the future and to take of of the occasional spider and other creepy crawlies that invade especially since I live on a fairly wooded lot.

+ -1 moreI had started to see pests as the weather turned warmer, so I scheduled a new pest control service. They were very accommodating in getting me scheduled and also very accommodating as I was having multiple pieces of furniture at the exact same time as he was doing his spraying (the furniture store was extra early). He performed all his work outside and waited patiently for all the chaos inside to die down. Once he got inside, he was thorough and quick, explaining what he was doing as he performed all his spraying. Finally, when he was done, he explained everything that is covered by the company and when he would return. If there are any issues between visits, then they'll return and retreat for no fee. A mosquito service is extra.
Description of Work: Initial survey of house and spraying of both interior and exterior for pests. Included attic and crawlspace. Baits were also placed for analysis of pests.

+ -1 moreThis price is per quarter. If I have any problems in between quarters with anything, I can call them and they will come out and re-treat the areas at no extra charge. They have gone above and beyond on several instances for me. I am pleased with their service and will continue to use them. I would also recommend them to others.
