+ -1 moreI got Anthony's business card while parked next to him in the Lowes parking lot Tuesday morning. I called him on Wednesday afternoon and explained that I had two heat pump units that were not working. He came out Thursday morning at 8 am and diagnosed them at no cost to me. One needed a new transformer and the other had a bad capacitor. The estimate was $270 to repair both. He sent Philip out Thursday afternoon and both were fixed and working very quickly... - Charge $270. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated his honesty, friendliness, professionalism, and compassion. Philip was also very friendly and professional. Anthony saved me over $100 by NOT charging a diagnostic fee. I have another unit on its last legs and you better believe I am going to call GS Heating & Air when it is time to replace the unit. Highly recommend this company.
