Very pleased. They were extremely knowledgeable about the products and what would best work for our home. We loved the fact that the products were brought to our house to pick out. The installers moved all of our furniture which was awesome. They were even willing to stay later to finish the job so that no one had to take off work the next day. Would definitely use them again.

Very professionally done. They showed up on time , moved furniture and replaced it. Yes would hire again!!! Have dealt with other flooring companies before and was very dissatisfied .Absolutely would use Floor Coverings International again.

Rob was very attentive to my questions from start to finish and I really appreciated the customer service that was provided. The quality of the material is great and looks wonderful; we have gotten many compliments from friends and family. The work was done in one day and there was no mess left behind. We will definitely use them again for new carpet in our bedrooms.

Why did I put this off for so long! It took a phone call to make the contact, one in home visit with Rob to talk about my flooring possibilities and look at floor samples from his mobile showroom. At same time, Rob measured each room in my home and from his mobile office provided me with a professional itemized printed contract to install luxury vinyl plank flooring in my 3 bedroom home, including kitchen, dining and living rooms, 2 baths, laundry room, and closets. We went over the contract Item by item. I told Rob I would call him back the next day with my decision. Wanted a night to think it all through. Next day called with my positive answer and Rob returned to my home for my signature on contract and partial payment. We even settled on starting date for the job. The installers, Maheem and Julie, were the best. Old carpet and other debris were removed from my home as they worked. I did not have to clean up behind them and nothing was left in front of my home for garbage pickup.

The project was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. The crew cleaned as they went and left my home as they found it.

It went very well. The edging was replaced for a smooth, clean, professional look, pleased with overall appearance. Eave of upkeep and follow-up service.

The projects went GREAT! The carpet was installed professionally and in a timely manner (1 day for two rooms). The hardwoods took a little longer and there were a couple of unforeseen issues (not the fault of the company or installers) however they were quickly corrected. I will definitely use them again when we start our next project. LOVE my new floors AND my new carpet!

Sold flooring to me for us to install, but, the option was there for Floor Coverings International to install the flooring for us. Great experience with the company, will use them again, and recommend them to other people.

Rob's very easy to talk to and there was no sales pressure at all. he helped us find something very nice in the budget we were sticking to, what we got ws better than at the box stores same prices. I will call Rob for all my flooring needs.

The entire process from start to finish was fantastic. Rob the owner is extremely responsive and guides you through every step. The installers were very professional and courteous. The finished product is beautiful. I will use Rob again for any of my flooring needs.

Rob met us at our home at our convenience (usually after work hours!) to walk us through the process. He provided samples and helpful suggestions, and was even able to move up our planned date of installation by a week at my request! Our cost included removal of the old carpeting, moving and dismantling some furniture, and all the trim work. Rob accompanied the workers to our home and kept in constant touch with them and us throughout the day. Samuel and Kyle, the installers, were professional, worked efficiently, and were very accommodating to ensure that all our needs were met. The floors turned out beautifully, and we wonder why we didn't do it sooner! Rob was a pleasure to work with - we highly recommend his services!

Rob (the owner) did a great job showing us the different hardwood floor options and the installers did a great job installing the floor. We love our new floors.
