 + -1 moreWhen the tech left, he took off his gloves, threw them at me and said "You can clean the other vents yourself." I almost physically threw him out of my house.
Description of Work: I knew my ductwork was leaky, I initially called them because of their advertised special. However, the ads were very misleading. They showed up, tried to upsell me another $600 worth of sprays, etc. I refused to pay more than what I said I would pay on the phone. They got a very bad attitude and started slamming doors, etc. The $89 covered 6 vents. I have twelve. They wanted almost $500 for the other 6 vents. And that doesn't include the cleaning spray, and the mold spray and every other spray they wanted to sell me.

air duct cleaning
 + -1 moreThe company has many large and enticing ads. I wanted to be sure there was no mold spreading in my new home and thought it was a good idea to have the whole system cleaned. The ad said $8 a vent so I expected to pay $80 to have my system cleaned. This is just a foot in the door tactic, and I fell for it. When they arrive, they will only look at your vents for $80. Affer they look, they will give you a estimate, which is closer to what I actually paid. They performed all the work they said they would and they did it well. They did leave a lot of mess, however, and nonchalantly noted how awful that was. Also, I paid for an ionic filter and, despite calls to the company with regard to it, have not ever received it.
Description of Work: Air ducts were cleaned, all components of air conditioner/heater and blower were cleaned, uv light installed, dust reducing spray was shot through all ducts and blower.
