It went great and they finished in a timely manner. I would like to know the rating scale. A to F which is highest or lowest I don’t want to mistakenly rate the wrong thing. I can say a job well done!

Great experience! I found them on Angie's List and called, was able to set up an appointment with Brad a few days later. He came to the house and measured all of the spaces we wanted to carpet and then brought in several samples of different kinds of carpets at different price points. It was so nice not to have to go to a store multiple times, we did everything in that one meeting since he had all of the samples with him in his truck. He explained everything in detail and spent a few hours with us, even gave us some ideas for flooring in other parts of our home. It was quite a bit more expensive than we expected but the FROG is very large and oddly shaped and we hadn't really factored that in. We met on Wednesday, sent us quotes, and the carpets were installed the following Wednesday - it was so fast! Will definitely us them again for any future flooring needs!

Installers came on time and were very easy to have in my home. The job took 4 days and they were always on time and left everything as neat as possible when leaving for the day. I love my new floors!

They fixed it free of charge since they were the ones that had originally did the work.

The first visit by the salesmen went very well. He inspected the house and made several recommendations. Install floating floors on the lower floor of the house and carpet on the upper floor of the house except the full bathroom, which should have a floating floor installed there. When the installation crew showed up, they were, at first, taken aback by how small my house really was (920 Sq FT). The supervisor and I talked about the extra work that would be required to do the job (I figured there would be an extra expense because of damage to the original flooring in the house) and came up with a very reasonable price (which I had planned for) to do the job. He made some recommendations as to how to make sure the floating floor was flat by adding a 1/4 inch plywood flooring on top of the original flooring. He and his crew were professional and took pride in their work. He and his crew did an Excellent job of installing the floor and carpet and took the extra time to make sure that the flooring was installed flat. I have too mention that because of the small size of my house, there was an lot of extra measuring and cutting of wood and flooring to be done. Almost the entire house had 45 degree angles to it which required a full extra day to finished the installation in. During the time the crew was working, one of the people from Door to Door flooring came by to check on the crews work and ask if there were any concerns I had which showed me that Door to Door flooring cared about how we felt about the job and how they were doing. The job was completed in three days and the crew cleaned up very well. I had a conversation with the supervisor on the care and cleaning of the floating floor since this was my first time caring for it, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in giving us tips on how to care and clean the floor. About 4 or 5 days later, the salesmen who originally gave us our bid came by the house to inspect the installation and see if we had any concerns or complaints about what took place. He also informed me about the guarantee of the workmanship (3 years) along with recommendations on when to contact him should any problems with the flooring show up. All in all, although having a new floor installed in any house can be a somewhat disruptive experience, what with all the moving around, this company and it's subcontractors did an Excellent job. I am very pleased with the professionalism showed by the installation crew and the salesmen in their care and followup. I would use this Company again and highly recommend anyone who is considering having a floor or carpet installed to use Door to Door Flooring.

I can't say enough good things about Jim from Door to Door Floors! He is professional, punctual, honest, and really looks out for the interest of the client. My rental home was flooded the week prior to the Columbia floods and the repairs needed were much more extensive than initially thought. In the beginning, Jim went out to the home to take measurements for vinyl flooring in the kitchen. After checking out the property, he promptly called to notify me that the subfloor in the kitchen AND other rooms was really wet and water mitigation would be required. I am out of state and work fulltime as a medical provider, so this information was particularly difficult to process. Jim helped direct me to a company that could address the problem and get the ball rolling. This was the beginning of a very long and involved process (pulling up floors, removing insulation, pulling cabinets, pulling kitchen countertops, etc). Jim stayed in contact with me throughout the process and always followed through with his promises. He also met the deadlines that he made and personally inspected the work after completion to make sure it was all done well. I can't imagine working with a better professional and would HIGHLY recommend this company!!!!!!!!

Working with Door to Door floors was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Jim was very responsive in coming out and showing me samples for the flooring I was interested in purchasing for two properties -- one that I was buying and the other that I was preparing to sell. He offered excellent insight to assist me in making my choices. Their quote for materials AND installation of a new kitchen floor was the same as Home Depot's quote for installation only. Kenny and crew did a wonderful job with the installations at both properties. Their work was top quality, and the end results exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Door to Door floors to anyone in the market for new flooring. It is so nice having the samples brought to you and being able to view them in the setting where they will be installed, and it sure beats going from flooring store to flooring store looking at samples.

Woody and his crew did a great job. They arrived each morning within a few minutes of the time they said they would. They went straight to work each day and I was amazed at how much they accomplished in 6 or 7 hours. The carpet, padding and old flooring were taken up, sub floor prepped and new laminate and vinyl installed. They cleaned as they went and left the materials out of the way when they left each day. The boss stayed late the 3rd day to finish painting the quarter round so the job could be finished in the promised 3 days. When the installation was done Jim returned to check on the job, pick up the balance and make sure we were satisfied. Overall we were very happy from start to finish and would recommend this company!

Very well. we actually got the quote back in December 2014. We were waiting to move majority of the furniture out of the home before installation. Jim was very nice and patient with us. He contacted me later to schedule the date as asked. Installers showed up on time. They moved the remaining furniture to install carpet job was done in one day along with stairs in the house which we paid extra for. The two guys cleaned up all there trash and hauled the carpet away for us.

Sales people were great to work with. They worked with our budget and weren't pushy and didn't try to get us to buy unneeded services. Once everything had been decided they arrived on our requested date on-time to remove the flooring. We were told removing the flooring would take approximately 1 day but it took 2 days (not a big deal). They did a fair job cleaning up after themselves but left a lot of wood splinters everywhere (our flooring was glued down). After the flooring was removed the new flooring was put down and once again they did a fair job with only a couple of problem spots of which they were more than willing to come back and fix.

Due to some water damage to the subfloor, the tiles could not be laid down smoothly. His worker did replace the tiles (we had extra) and it didn't seem too bad, only slightly uneven with the existing tiles. But a few days later the material had dried, it was too high to be acceptable. Not his fault. He refunded our $99.

i didn't like the first floor they put in. It was good quality but just not what I wanted. I didn't call but the owner called me when he saw in my review that I wasn't happy. Mr Prince immediately came out and had me select another floor It was put in today and I'm very happy with it. It's refreshing to find a company that truly cares about making their customers happy even if it means it cost their company money. I will always use this company!

Provider was professional. Came to my house with samples. I selected a sample on initial visit, but salesmen thought he had a sample I would like more. Made another trip to my house with the new sample, and he was right. That's the sample that we selected. Salesman came once again after floor was installed to make sure that we were satisfied. Would not accept full payment until project was complete and we were satisfied. Floors are beautiful. Salesman and installer were professional. Very satisfied.

They had a mobile showroom so I selected the flooring. It was put down but I did not like the flooring even though it was a quality product. I did not contact the business but they contacted me after I placed my review. Don came out and wanted to see what he could do to fix the problem as they want happy customers. I picked out another floor. It was put down today and I love it. It's refreshing to find a business that cares about every aspect of the sale. Everyone associated with in this company is professional and cares about their customers.

I did not use them. They were very nice and the estimate was good; it was about $200 higher than the guy who put it in for the builder that built my home. Otherwise I would have gone with him. He seemed to be knowledgeable and could get the same flooring. I did not have any problems with him, but all things being equal, I went with the one that was $200 less. The guy who came was prompt and he took his time while he measured and talked to me about what he was going to do. I liked his attitude
