Alway on time and they have never cancelled on me. The women are wonderful and very polite and extremely hard working.

DE has been cleaning my home for over five years. They are professional, and do a great job. When there have been (minor) problems (as will be with ANY cleaning company if you use them long enough), Dawn is quick to rectify the situation and correct things to the customer's satisfaction. They are the best!

It was the best cleaning experience we have had in this area. Our first contact and first cleaning were in June of this year and they have come monthly since. Only my spouse and I live in the house, be we have frequent visitors. The company's representative, Sandra, has been easy to work with, the cleaners are thorough and prompt, and the pricing is reasonable. They have met every expectation. It is a pleasure doing business with this company and we look forward to their return each four weeks.

These people are keepers. I have tried many housecleaning services over the years and was really never satisfied with the outcome. Detailed Excellence staff are professional, punctual, friendly and do an excellent job. I have been using this service for a couple of years now and will continue as long as I am living here. I cannot say enough about the wonderful job Detailed Excellence Cleaning Solutions did. I called them with a last minute desperate need for a complete house cleaning. My mother is critically ill, and if she should pass away, I needed my house ready for the funeral reception. They were able to come the day after I called. They stayed for over 6 hours, and my house has not looked as good as it does now since the day we bought it! They were extremely nice, courteous, and very careful with our belongings. I would highly recommend Detailed Excellence Cleaning Solutions!

First year of service was great, fair consistency on who was sent to our home. Then, very clean there were different people who were in training. The contract indicated it would be the same cleaners but it never really was. Then, I reported a piece of missing jewelry and was told that I would have to call the police as there was nothing that they could do. It was then that I found out they were no longer insured and boned as throwers subcontracting the cleaners. To be fair, they dropped us as my husband asked one of the cleaners to clean for us the alternating week but this was seen as a breach of non compete. He asked figuring we'd still use company other week and she had told him how poorly she was paid so he felt sorry for her. Too much turn over with some good cleaners and some terrible cleaners. Cost was much lower than other services and our current service.

It was a last minute request but the owner was able to accommodate me and my specific needs. They showed up on time and the condo looked immaculate after the cleaning. I was very impressed after speaking to the owner and I felt like this is a cleaning service unlike any other in the Columbia area. I will definitely use their services again as this is the ONLY cleaning service I would recommend. I love these girls!

We set up a 1st cleaning with contract for today Mon April 18th. I requested a morning appt and was told they probably could be there by 11. By 12 no one had shown or called. I initiated contact and when they called back I was told that they had been unable to contact their workers and wasn't sure what was going on. This in my opinion is unprofessional and unacceptable

The service was really good. If they had done a good job the following times as they did the first time. The first time was absolutely wonderful, but I did find some spots that they had not hit the second go-round. So, they just need to be consistent. I would use them again. I have no problem using them again.

This was a one time "Big Clean" after this service if you wanted to use them regularly the price would go down. They did very good. They were very efficient and didn't take long.

This is the most professional cleaning service I have ever used. They are very organized and do a certain detail of cleaning every time they come out. The cleaning staff leaves a slip of paper indicating who did the cleaning and what detail they performed. Today, one of the owners came out to "spot check" the two ladies who were at my house. She knew what detail they were doing and went around checking to make certain it was done right. I know that they do train the cleaners and have set measurable standards. If the person is not meeting the standards of the company they will not be kept on as employees. I have been with this service for close to a year and felt I needed to make the time to write a review. This review was not solicited by the owners. Highly recommend!

Dawn and her crew are AMAZING! Very professional and the attention to detail is second to none. Every time they come to clean and I walk in from work and I feel as I am walking into a freshly cleaned 5 star hotel room, but its my WHOLE HOUSE!! I have permanently hired them to come in every other week. Don't hire anyone else!

My son is now a single father and he has been managing a 4 bedroom house and three children alone for months. My husband and I decided to give him a total housecleaning for Christmas and we visited SC to oversee the event. We were totally amazed at the fantastic job provided by Dawn and her employees. Four women arrived at 10:30 and left close to 6:00. They literally cleaned everything from the ceiling fans to the baseboards...blinds, kitchen cupboards, hardwood floors, even the laundry room. They moved picture frames, toys and books, dusted them and carefully put them back. The obvious areas to clean such as bathrooms and kitchen counters and appliances were sparkling. Dawn was very professional and oversaw every aspect of the job. We are hoping our son will have her come back and clean on a regular basis.

Dawn, the owner, is very professional and very efficient. True to her word, she immediately came back to fix a couple minor nit picky things that I noticed. Same day. I signed up for regular cleaning and am confident Dawn will take good care of us!

I have been told that I am too demanding, and have used a number of services over the last fifteen years. I have finally found someone who is more demanding of their work than I am. Dawn and her crew are amazing. They have sustained a level of excellence in the work at my home for two years now. I cannot recommend them more highly.

The job was done very professionally. Although they did show up later than scheduled, Dawn kept us apprised of the delay. The house was empty, but the staff of 3 still spent 4 1/2 hours cleaning. My wife's main concern was the interior of the cabinets, initially they weren't done, when asked the staff checked with Dawn and proceeded to clean the interiors. I would use them again, in fact Dawn is going to quote the monthly cleaning for us.

I asked Detailed Excellence to provide a DEEP CLEAN on the entire house on EVERY surface. I've hired the 'brand name' cleaners in the past and thought they did acceptable work, but I was always left asking myself, "could they have cleaned that better" or "did I forget to ask them to do that" or "did they forget to do it"? I really wanted to get a better experience, not only on the actual service, but I wanted to be treated more professionally in the process. I called Detailed Excellence and they made an appointment to meet with me and look at the house in person. I felt like I was being interviewed to see if I qualified (LOL!) I mean, she was really nice, and extremely professional, but she was asking questions that really got to the point about what I needed/wanted and that they are VERY much more detailed than other firms and sometimes their cost reflects that. In other words, I really felt like I was a high profile customer being served by a high-standards company. When they came to clean, the 3 employees came in fully loaded, but they took the time to greet me and tour the house with me to make sure they covered the things that I wanted done (from the interview with their boss) and to make sure there were no other areas they could help with if necessary. They asked specific questions about my expectations on certain areas and then away they went. With the other 'brand name' cleaners, I've always got the feeling like they were rushing to get done and that they needed to cut corners to get it all done...maybe they didn't, but it always 'felt' rushed. The 3 women who came from Detailed Excellence took their time to do it right. I didn't want to stare, but they way they focused on each area... the way they seemed to look at and check behind their work; it was hard not to watch them so engaged with what they were doing. Then, about half way through, one of their bosses came by and practically 'white-gloved' all the rooms the employees had already done. The employees also communicated often with each other about what had been done, what needed done, and actually in one case they discussed a part of a room that may need re-doing. Ab-so-lute-ly professional. Sooooo...our house is cleaner than it has EVER been. We felt great about the professional way we were treated in the process. And when we went through the house after they left and saw things cleaned we never think about, we felt like we'd finally found a company to clean our home that did it to OUR standards...and yes, we are obsessive compulsive about it when we have time to do it ourselves. It was like my mom came to clean the house, only they didn't judge us or leave us feeling guilty when it was done. LOL!

I love that you get a detailed list of what is done on each visit. They alternate deep cleaning different areas of your house each visit. I am so pleased with the service they provide. It is rare that you find someone that cleans your house as good as you do!

Dawn was very professional when I met her and provided a fair price for what we needed done. She explained the process of what her team would do. Her ladies were very professional and thorough. There was a little mix up,but I contacted Dawn and the ladies came right out and corrected the issue the next day.

I'm really happy with them. They do a great job. They do floor-to-ceiling, clean everything -- floors services, bathroom fixtures and kitchen. They wipe down everything. They do a very thorough job. They are lifesavers. I absolutely could not live without them.
