Carroll Plumbing Service

I appreciated Mr. Carroll's prompt reply. It's nice to be able to talk directly to the plumber when you have questions. I appreciated not going through a scheduling secretary. Additionally, I was impressed that Mr. Carroll was honest and upfront about what his equipment could do. I also appreciated that he went a step farther and recommended a company with the right equipment to do the job safely. I would definitely call him back.

The work was completed within 30 minutes probably. He was friendly and efficient worker.

Mr. Carroll was honest and thorough in his assessment of my plumbing issues. He got the work done timely, and gave me a few helpful tips along the way.

Mr Carroll the owner called me after I left a voicemail appx 2 hrs later and even though he was at max duties since there was a massive cold front that came in he took the time to tell me what to do and he would call later that evening to see if it worked. He called that evening and I hapily informed him my frozen pipe issue had been resolved. There was no cost involved. I will Definately use him in the future!

We called on New Years Day and he showed up at 8:30 the next day. We had put the hole in the pipe right near the floor. Dean had to replace the pipe from about 12" above the floor and under the house. Our crawlspace is only 18" high near there which made the job more difficult. Overall around 3.5 hours work. While under the house he inspected the rest of the pipes and gave me recommendations regarding future possible repairs.

They replaced a gasket inkitchen sink, installed new toilet seat, and new hand held shower head.

Should have had the basic part on hand to fix small problem but didnt. Had to wait a day for him to get it. His quality of work was great for a simple job, but he charged way to much. He was kind of rude off the bat but in the end i guess he was polite to deal with. Toilet is still seated and doesnt wobble at all.

Mr. Carroll was prompt and professional. He repaired a very old faucet that we initially thought would have to be replaced. I appreciate his honesty and the fact that he did not "push" a new faucet.

I am thrilled with the new faucet and have used Dean's services to install faucets before (in two different houses) and will call on him the next time I have any plumbing work to be done. He is pleasant and professional.

He did a great job. Very experienced in his craft.

Mr Carroll returned my call promptly and was able to come to my home that day! He went right to work and was able to find and fix the problem with my garbage disposal immediately! He then addressed the issue with my toilet. He needed to order a part for it. He made several phone calls to find the appropriate vendor for the brand of toilet. He told me he would notify me when the part came in which it did 2 days later and he came back that day to fix it. He offered me the 10% discount before I had to address it when writing up the bill. He was polite, courteous and very neat! I would use Mr Carroll again and plan to if needed in the future!

My experience was excellent. Dean was prompt, professional and explained everything very carefully. I highly recommend his services, and I will be using him for any future plumbing needs.

His price was very reasonable. I have used him before, and his prices have always been reasonable. He was very pleasant, professional, and right on target. He explained everything he was doing and what he found. If he could not come out on time, he would call and inform me that he would be late.

Mr. Carroll was very informative and prompt in dealing with my kitchen sink leak. He came the same day I called, was very professional, explained in detail what he was doing and gave an approximate cost. The final cost was definitely a pleasant surprise. He knows his business and I will call him again with any future plumbing needs. This was my first time to use Angie's List and it was a great experience!!

Dean said he would be available after 12 noon but was able to make it by 10:00 a.m. We had a clogged sewer line that was difficult to get to under our deck and didn't have a cleanout on it. He drilled a hole and snaked out the clog. Then he put on a clamshell. He said he could install a cleanout (which would cost around $250) but a clamshell was good enough. I was very happy with the service and he gave a 10% discount for finding him on Angie's list.

Great experience. Love working with him. He's always on time and very thorough.

We had some plumbing work done on both bathrooms and have used Carroll Plumbing in the past. He's very economical and doesn't recommend things that you don't need.

His prices are very economical. He is a nice gentleman that knows his job. He does good work for me. I will continue to use him for smaller jobs and would recommend him to others.
