+ -1 moreWe like our home but there are a few issues that had to deal with. For example, the paint on the walls seems to be watered down because as soon as you touch the wall you can not wipe them off because the paint will come off. The builder told us the paint was not under warranty. We also had some issues with our yard and excessive water build up which they ended up fixing for the most part. Other people that looked at the property would not buy it due to springs in the yard which the builder did not let us know about. They did not clean up well after the work was done and now we have rocks and debris in yard.
