Great work and professional.

The roof looks amazing, are thoroughly pleased with it. They completed the roof in a single day. We had several issues after the installation was complete, I think it was the crew in a hurry to complete the job? They scraped up our deck with the ladder, knocked the outside outlet out of the wall, got roofing tar on our vinyl siding, and knocked our satellite dish out of alignment, but Darryl Phelps came out and fixed everything. Darryl is amazing to deal with, and very helpful and accommodating. He is the reason I am giving them 5 stars, along with an amazing looking roof. It wasn’t perfect, and there were issues, but he rectified them all. Thanks Darryl for all did to make me highly satisfied.

We hired Capital Palmetto Builders to put a new roof on our house. We live out of state and we were worried about hiring a job out that we wouldn’t be able to personally monitor. Darryl Phelps was extremely helpful and so great to work with. He kept in constant contact with us and sent us pictures every day. Darryl made the job stress-free for us and followed up with us after. I would give my highest recommendation to Darryl and to Capital Palmetto Builders. They are highly professional and very easy to work with. We can’t thank Darryl enough for all that he did for us. Our roof looks fantastic. We couldn’t be happier.

I needed a new roof and the guys came is and was very prompt. The clean up was awesome. They did a job well done and I would highly recommend them!

I called and they came out the same day. My wife told him about the area of concern. After he looked at the area he came down and suggested we do the work ourselves and didn’t even give us a quote. After hearing that I called the guy and asked him about the facia board that was the major concern the home inspector found. He told me that he didn’t even see it. There is a hole in the caulking where the facia board meets the porch roof. He was over in that area and the only thing he noticed was a few nail head sticking up that needed to be tarred. Failed to notice the 1 inch hole that was about 8 inches away from the nail heads. Against my better judgement I asked him when he could come back to look at it again and he assured be he would be back the next day. He never showed up or called. My wife said he didn’t seem very knowledgeable and he certainly isn’t very thorough.

From the initial phone call to final inspection the service was great. Darryl (sales rep/liason ) answered any question i could think to ask. They were fast. Once we had a contract they were ready to schedule within the week. On the morning scheduled, the crew arrived early and ready. They were polite, professional and well organised. They were finished that afternoon. I noticed the crew spent a good amount of time sweeping my yard with magnets. After spending some time inspecting and admiring my new roof i only found 1 nail. 2 days after the job the crew showed up at the end of the day and spent their time doing a property sweep and inspecting their work. I am pleased. I would recommend Capital to everyone.

Great job all around. Provided me with everything prior to work, to explain all aspects of the job. On time, cleaned up perfectly, tarp covered shrubs to prevent breakage, cannot find anything they could have improved upon. Highly recommend!

Hurricane Irma came through and knocked quite a bit of shingles off my roof and also a few pieces of vinyl sidings off my house. Capital Palmetto Builders did an excellent job repairing my home. They were professional, punctual and willing to help in any way they could.

It went very well and timely. It only took 2 days to remove and replace the shingles. Remove turbines and added ridge vent.

They are awesome, efficient, and professional. I like the presentation, the pre-evaluation and pre-inspection. Everything was great. They did what they said they were going to do.

They delivered everything in a timely manner, worked really hard to finish before a major storm. When they left the site it was so clean you could not tell they were there. Great communication and problem resolution.

We contacted the company last month when we were getting estimates from multiple roofing companies in Lexington. We were very impressed by Ivan, his professionalism, and the price quoted. We appreciated his honesty when he told us that we didn't need to replace the entire roof at this time, but could get by for a few more years just by making some repairs. We wanted to go ahead with the replacement, and they promptly contacted us with an updated quote. The roof was replaced within a week, and we are very pleased with the promptness and quality of the roof and work done. The fascia repair took a bit longer, as repairs tend to do, but Ivan and his team were persistent and got it all completed. There was more damage than we originally thought, but they did a fantastic job of fixing the issue.

Very professional and they know their stuff. Pricing is very good and workmanship is excellent. They did two houses for me and each one was done in one day. Clean up left the yards better than before they started. I highly recommend Ivan and his crews.
