My mother told me that you called.  I really was hoping that you were going to put forth some gesture given that you knew our schedule were really tight with other engagements.  That is why I tried to get the ladies there earlier however we had no idea they would be that late.  Given the ripple effect with missed appointments the tardiness caused, I was really hoping you would do more than just say you were sorry.
You are still my brother in arms therefore I will defer to your wisdom on this.

Mr. Hart,As we had discussed and is outlined in our agreement that we went over during our very first meeting, I could not guarantee specific time calls. I cannot sacrifice quality to achieve speed. In addition, state and federal law requires me to allow them ample time to drive from one location to another. They did have enough time however, the girl that you specifically requested, had an urgent manner come up that she had to attend to causing the crew to be delayed for a short time. It was unforeseeable. As I am sure you know, to properly do their job cleaning a home takes time no matter where they are working. However, please note that changing all the bed linens and cleaning under the sink is considered extra services and are typically charged as such. There will be no charges this time, just please understand that they could have been completed earlier had they not been asked to complete these tasks. Also, please note that due to our policies, our employees are not permitted to perform any "side work".  I have the belief that we are not a fit for you or your mother no matter how much we may desire this to work. It is with our best wishes that you are able to find a cleaning company who may best service your needs.  Thank you,Curtis

Not really sure how to respond to many of the acertains in your note.  First,  if the cleaning specialists were going to be that late the simple anwer was to just call so that the client could be prepared and adjust their schedule.  It is true that my mother was impressed with the cleaning specialist you initially selected.  It stands to reason that elderly citizens like to stay with th same people they are exposed to especially if satisfied.  Not sure what side work you are talking about.  My mother requested a phone number because if they were late in the future she would be able to see how much she needed adjust her schedule. While I understand your rationale for making the statement "changing all the bed linens and cleaning under the sink is considered extra services and are typically charged as such".  It is my professional position that this statement "I have the belief that we are not a fit for you or your mother no matter how much we may desire this to work" speaks to something deeper.  Again, unforeseeable is understandable however a call to a client who is waiting expresses respect for them and their time.

We hired Best Commercial Service based on their high reviews and Veteran status. They responded promptly, scheduled a meeting to discuss what needed to be done quickly and we're very professional, respectful and organized in the meeting. This was a between renters job so the house was completely empty. We were dissatisfied with the cleaning: floors were sticky, stove hood and control area were still greasy, the toilets were not cleaned very well, the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen, pantry and bathrooms were not wiped down, the hall closet was not vacuumed, and the ceiling fans did not pass the white glove test which is what was promised; it was a cursory cleaning. Upon advising the company of our dissatisfaction, we received a very conciliatory and apologetic letter offering to come back and make things right. The manager was so sorry he also promised the following in a written message to me, "I was informed of the carpet needing a shampooing. I will personally perform this as it involves heavy equipment and is a special dry shampoo system that dries quickly without using much water so that it doesn't soak into the baseboard." They did come back but I did not see much of a difference. The manager called me afterwards to let me know they were finished but when I asked about the carpet cleaning he said that the method they use to clean carpet is a very costly method and he said that I misunderstood his promise to clean the carpet. I really would have liked to use them again and refer them to friends and family based on my initial impression of the company by their representative, but the service promised is not what was delivered.

They cleaned my house. The owner is very professional. The women that have been to my house 3 times are polite, extremely focused, thorough and do an excellent job. They are eager to please. I feel I've found the cleaners I can trust and plan to continue using them. So far the same two women have come each time which is important to me.

The cleaning crew showed up 10 minutes early and ready to work.
They asked me a few questions and went to work.
The crew of ladies is a well oiled machine and I could tell they knew what each other was doing.
I expect my and my children's allergies to decrease due me not stirring up dust while everyone is home and all the dust is gone.
Also, with the countertops and bathrooms so clean, I expect germ sharing will decrease creating a healthier environment.
I look forward to BCS coming and doing all my dirty work for a long time.

These two ladies came in and had my two bedroom apartment clean from top to bottom! They were finished in two hours, but were organized and busted their butts. You could tell they cared about being used again and I will.

Great! Staff is courteous and des a great job, would defintely use again and probably will!
