 + -1 moreMarvin is a very honest man and was recommended by the company we had a termite bond with - they found standing water in the crawl space. Marvin and his team responded promptly and completed the work very quickly. Since the work was done, we have been happy that our crawl space has remained dry even during the heaviest rainfall and the humidity content has been low enough to keep termites away.
Description of Work: Installed a french drain in the crawl spacein stalled a french drain in the low areas of the yard, then connected all the french drains and the down spouts together to remove excess water and drain off from our house and yard. Also installed 4 exhaust fans (contolled by a humidistat) in the crawl space that removes excess moisture from the crawl space.

Description of Work: Amerinan Drain & Waterproofing installed a perimeter French drain around the entire inside of my crawl space & sump pump with underground pipint to remediate high groundwater & standing water after extended rains. Marvin Black, the owner, was extremely responsive to my questions & requests for info. Work was schefuled quickly & finished early. Quality of work performed was top notch.
