Aire Serv was very good at following up to schedule a time for our tune up. They were punctual and provided detailed information regarding our system.

They were very professional, however the information that they gave us, we got a second opinion from some other HVAC repair company and they said that there was no need for all of the upgrades that the first company tried to give us. It was almost a $1000 worth of work when nothing needed to be replaced at all. They came out I think a Tuesday because it was the end of December. No they didn't not charge anymore than the $39, initially they said if they had to do the work then it would be, I think, $89 and then eighty nine dollars would go into the total cost of the repair work if we decided to do it so luckily we did not pay any of that. With the issues that were going on, flooding and so forth and people cleaning up, of course everybody was all over the place, then I think it was whatever group we were in because we had the Angie's List coupon, it put us in a longer wait time. It wasn't that we were added on to the regular customer list I guess. That's pretty much how they said it without saying it, read between the lines, yeah, that's what you get from it. They were on time. They were professional it was just everything else. The workers were nice. The young man that came out was very professional. They left the area clean since they didn't do anything.

They were courteous, prompt and very professional. They deserve the A rating, I highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.

It went great. Jason was the tech that came to do my service. I purchased this contract back in the summer but was having no issues with my system. I asked the company if we could wait till fall for the service and then next spring and they were great about agreeing to that. My first appointment was during the week of the flood so understandably we had to reschedule. I can't say enough about the young man that came to do my service. Very informative and thorough and I felt very trustworthy. I am very, very happy with my experience with this company and after my completion of this yearly contract I will definitely stay with them.

House was flooded by 16 feet of water on October 4 in Columbia, SC on the Gill Creek. After water receeded Tech came out on the first visit to replaced themostat, transformer and contactor. When I evacuated the house the main electical breaker was closed and water never reached the thermostat on the second floor. ??????? 526.00 dollars. Noticing water in the flex duct return after removering the 60 inches of drywall and the bad ducting another call to AireServ was necessary. Two Techs, 20 feet of flex ducting and 25 minutes later they handed me a bill for 475.00 dollars. I was astonished and very disappointed that after all the years being an established annual maintenance customer and at a time when my family loss our entire house and all possessions I felt they were really in it for the money and who cares about the retired guy and family who just loss everything. I'm trying very hard to see some good in this and never expected not to pay for the services but where is their compassion when some people are in such need...................

It was good but I don't use them again. The issue I had with them was because they did not want to warrant their work.

Prompt, courteous, and honest about system. I hired for the purpose of completing heating and a/c letter to sell the home. They found items the buyer's inspection did not; however, since the buyer's inspection took place first, we opted not to complete the recommended repairs. I would recommend this company to others in the area.

The service provider was very professional, advised me of all readings on the equipment and said everything was good now. I have had Aire Serv maintain my HVAC unit for the past two years and am extremely happy with their service and their personnel.

All went well with every aspect of our call to Aire Serve, to the completion of Jason's work. The air conditioner went out of service as the temperature climbed into the 90s.

Betsy got someone out to diagnose the problem with our A/C within a couple of hours of my call Monday morning. Her technician was punctual, professional, and courteous. He discovered the motor had gone bad and checked to ensure it was still under warranty, which it was. He provided a quote for the service and estimated it would be completed Thursday at the earliest. I went ahead and paid for the service and waited for the return call. When I hadn't heard by lunchtime Thursday, I called and they said the part had not arrived but hoped to have it by the end of the day and schedule a service call for Friday. Friday morning Betsy called and had someone out to our house within two hours. The A/C was fixed in about 45 minutes and the technician (Jason) was courteous and professional. I'm not sure what the price of service would be, really, and I thought $275 was a bit high, but it was worth it to restore the cool air upstairs.

Technician [Jason] was very professional and provided excellent feedback on the unit. Would definitely consider using Aire Serv for replacement system. The Trane or Carrier replacement unit cost was fully in line with research on replacement cost. Will be contacting Aire Serv to see what other comparable units are available. The three service men were very punctual, polite, and careful. I was amazed that everything went so quickly, from the time I placed the call to the completion of the work.

Jason Keech, the technician, arrived on time. He was polite and explained what he was going to look for and when he found the problem he explained what needed to be done and did it. I joined Angie's List to find the best and I believe that is what I got. Many thanks.

3 young men, worked 6 hours on a very hot day. They were friendly and respectful. It was a relief to get air in my home. They were very professional and did a good job.

It does not stay running all the time now. Cool's the house a lot quicker. Should have done this years ago.

The provider arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. Upon completion he provided a summary of the services and what they status of the units were.

They checked the AC, recommended the pan be changed and did routine service. They were on time and thorough.
