Description of Work: The tech was to check out my HVAC system to make sure that I was ready for Winter, it went very well, see below. I was told that my tech would be out here in the 2-4 PM window. Later was told it would be right at 2:00 but it turned out to be 2:30 not a big deal really. Robert the tech was professional, and polite. He warned me of two components that were nearing the end of their service life but did not warrant replacement at this time. I decided to buy a year long maintenance contract on sale for $139 usually $40 higher. I spent $39 for this first visit. I asked Robert to change out the 2 components when he comes out next Spring assuming they last that long. I liked Robert and asked if I could have him everytime and he said yes. So altogether they get a grade of A. I would recommend them to any homeowner.

Description of Work: Service was performed as part of a special deal offered through Angie's List. The technican did a cleaning and safety check of the gas pack and did not find any current problems. I was offered a special deal on a one year maintenace contract with a low pressure approach. I declined the offer but I might consider placing the system under a maintenance contract in the future as Air Serv's price is reasonable and much less expensive than what is charged by other companies in the area.

Description of Work: I have 3 HVAC systems and they honored the price on each system. They called quickly, set up an appointment and showed on time. The tech knew his stuff, gave me his cell # (which I used) and basically did everything right. The company followed up with a card thanking me for my business. Pretty squared away.
