Description of Work: Thorough cleaning of AC and while up in the attic Robby discovered that our dryer duct was never vented to the outside which was a fire hazard. He explained what we had to do to fix the problem. He was very pleasant and spent a lot of time explains thing. We signed up for a yearly contract with the. I give them an A+++ in all areas of their service. Thank you for a great recommendation.!

Description of Work: Called them in to perform a maintenance check on my 12 yr old units. As suspected one had a leak in the air handler coils along with a with other misc wear and tear items. My 2nd unit was in much better shape. They provided me the quotes I requested and I ended up replacing both the outside unit and upstairs air handler. They were in and out in a day. They also repaired some contacts that wore out on the other unit. They were very timely and upfront. The cost to replace the coils was about half of the cost for entire new 13 SER unit. Previous unit I had was 10 SER. Would use them again, they did a great job. Even showed me where the leak was when I asked. Cost includes new Carrioer unit, air handler, and extended warrenty all was bout $6000. about $1500 less then a train with a standard unit that other companies quoted.

Description of Work: They have given us great service since we began using Aire Serv nearly 7 years ago. They honoured a price on our replacement filter that was quoted on the phone although it has gone up $20 since our last service. That is good customer service. We have no complaints about Aire Serv. We really like our serviceman, Robby, who has been taking care of us for at least a year now.
