Description of Work: I use Aire Serv at the house we own in South Carolina. They did some service work on the air conditioner in June.

Description of Work: I have used them in the past they will be coming this fall to service my A/C . I know they will provide subperb service as always.

Description of Work: The serviceman was prompt, courteous and efficient. Cleaned and checked unit thoroughly and answered questions I had for him regarding maintenance.

Description of Work: Adjusted system and serviced furnace. Great job. The technician was more familiar with my high end system than the installers, Broom Heating and Air, who never adjusted the system properly.Excellent service.

Description of Work: Replaced a major part in a 20 yr. old Carrier furnace/air conditioner. They were the only company that offered and were able to repair our unit. We consulted with three others and no company offered the number of options Aire Serve did. They all tried to sell us a new unit, and one proposed a ridiculous installation that would put a 4x6 foot square vent in our wood paneled living room. | |Aire Serve office and on site people were great to work with and very knowledgeable.

Description of Work: still have another service for each of our units for the $118.00. They discovered issues with mold in the upstairs unit and did recommend replacing or minimally cleaning it out...but the unit was pretty old. Too bad we didn't have them do the inspection before we bought 5 months ago :( Everything was cleaned very well and filters replaced with service. Very professional and would definitely have them out again even though the HVAC install prices seem to be on the high side.

Description of Work: They installed all new duct work under the house and installed a new heating/ac unit. They were here right on time, and worked the entire day. They also removed two old heaters from under the house and hauled it all away. When they left, you could not tell they had been here as they cleaned everything up and left nothing. One of the most courteous companies I have done business with.
