Description of Work: Checked HVAC, fixed a sensor that may not have needed fixing. charged a lot. did not have a replacement filter, promised to bring one, and never returned or called. sold me a one year maintenance plan and now I am worried I will not get the checkups I signed up for.

Description of Work: Well, I am VERY picky about who I use for any home services, and I decided to try Aire Serve/ the first technician came to our home on 6-29 and assessed the situation and felt that another technician should come today and do a re-check on the system to make very very sure that the system was working properly. He recommended that I purchase a freon service and a "service leak check"/ Today, Jason who has been doing this for 16 years, did a thorough follow up check on the system and was SO kind and professional and thorough and he said that they will be giving me a REFUND because he is not sure why the system showed it needed a leak check and freon yesterday because it doesn't need those services done/ I commend him on being so honest and so thorough and professional!!Any company who will make SURE they do not charge for unnecessary services and make sure and triple-check everything has my vote for company of the YEAR...I cannot thank them enough for showing us how to re-program the A/c unit (that was the VERY kind young man on 6-29 who came to help out) and being so patient to figure out why there was a loud noise coming from the inside area/ where the filter is/ changing out our filter, etc...we did purchase a very reasonably priced service agreement because we love this company!! And coming from someone like me, you can be assured that they are everything I say they are.

Description of Work: Replaced the evaporator coil upstairs. Was a fair price and they counted the inspection fee towards the rapair. Still sticker shock. And would not recharge the freon only replace.

This service call was ran on 11/19/2014. Customer had 17 year old Aircoaire gas pack.Customer purchased 89 dollar angies list advantage plan which consist of 2 semiannual cleanings and 15% savings on repairs.System had cracked heat exchanger and rusted out combustion motor due to age of system it was not worth repairing.I am currently trying to contact customer to find out why we were given a F.Aire Srv strive for complete customer satisfaction and when we do not receive this we take it very serious.
