Description of Work: I originally scheduled this seasonal inspection service in October, but they called to cancel my appointment because of the Columbia flooding disaster. I called back two weeks later and was told that the scheduler would call me back the next day, but I never received a return call. When I called back a week or so later, I was able to talk directly with the scheduler and schedule a visit. | |The technician showed up on time, was friendly, and explained the whole inspection process. The technician found some issues with my HVAC system, but I was never pressured into making any repairs right away.
