Good, but i wish they would not try to sell you additional (unneeded) service when they come out. And you'll need to supply your own filters if they're not standard size.

He was very nice, very professional. Excellent. Price was fine. I call them just about every year. They are very punctual and very professional. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone else. He was very pleasant and he didn't try to sell me a new air conditioner. I know my unit is fairly new, so it was nice he didn't try to up sell me. I wouldn't change a thing. He met all of the things I look for in a business.

I can't say enough good things about Aire Serve. From the office staff, to the schedulers, the owner and the technicians, I have had only very good experiences. They took care of the animal issue quickly and as painlessly as possible. I've had them install a unit and fix my older units over the past few years and I wouldn't think of calling anyone else. I would give them an A+ if it were available.

The price was reasonable but I don't remember what it was.

It's really unbelievable...I called that morning prior to 10:00am and by that evening, I had a home that was cool and comfortable. For the first time in about 3 weeks, I was able to go to sleep and rest peaceably. Aire Serv Heating & Air Conditioning not only arrived promptly, but once the troubleshooting was completed, I received an explanation as to what was needed (in laymen's terms), I was offered the opportunity to get the problem fixed if the parts were available. Of course I jumped at the chance. The parts were available, the work man worked steadily in the intense outdoor heat to get my home cooled down and best of all, the cost was nominal. With the fact that I had joined the "Aire Serv..." Semi Annual Maintenance Service" and my Angie's list discount coupon, I paid much least then I expected. I have met nothing but good, hard working, and helpful people since contracting with "Aire Serv...". I can honestly say that some of the best people in the field are working for "Aire Serv...". I am not a relative, I am not a friend who would say just anything to help a friend, I am a homeowner who has a very old and drafty house that has little insulation. When it is hot outside; it is even hotter inside the house because of the brick façade. I am a person who appreciates great talent when I see it; "Aire Serv..." has very talented workmen who are head and shoulders above most others. They work to support the home owner in taking care of his or her home, rather than work toward ripping the homeowner off with inferior workmanship and then charging exorbitant prices. I can't say enough good things about them.

When they came, a different company had told me that I needed a new evaporation coil or something like that. My air conditioning was working fine. When Aire Serv came, he looked at it and said, 'No, you don't.' I just feel like they are very trustworthy.

Everything went smoothly. Jason took the time to explain all my options with the different units offered, financing, and tid bits that I could use to stay cool till I made my decision. I highly recommend Air Serv. The professionalism was top notch.

The technician Mr. Jason Keech performed the services. He came on time. He checked the air filters, Air Handler, heat strip, Transformer voltage, Blower motor, Capacitor, Evaporator coil, Float. He cleaned the clogged drain. He also checked Flex duct work. Then he went outside to check condensing unit. He checked compressor, capacitor, motor and refrigerant. He cleaned the unit well. Everything was o.k. He recommended to replace broken float later. It was expensive at $143.00. He will check the unit after six months. Mr. Jason Keech is very knowledgeable, professional and experienced technician. I recommend him for any HVAC works. Sam Shah

Came on time and checked out the HVAC unit. The special price was for only one unit and I have two at my home....that wasn't their fault, I just wasn't paying attention. The only problem I had was it was obvious that Angie's List specials are at the bottom of their priority list....it took forever for them to come out - maybe since they weren't making much money on it.

I have had Aire-Serv for about three years. They have always patiently taken excellent care of my creaky old units. The first clue of their professionalism: they put on shoe socks before they enter your home. On their service inspections, they spend a lot more time than you would expect, leaving you feeling very assured that they noted every detail. Then they very thoroughly explain their evaluation. One Christmas Eve morning, our basement furnace started making loud banging sounds, so we had to turn it off. A gentleman from Aire Serv came right out within four hours, and very quickly man-handled a large fan motor back into working condition, and charged only eighty dollars. Aire Serv: straight-A's!

I bought this service from Angies List for $89 for one year for a complete system. Since I have two systems in the house (upstairs and downstairs) they charged me additional $89 for the second system plus $64.24 to replace the capacitor. Most houses now have two HearAir units, and Angies List did not clarify the deal and so I ended up paying additional $89. I can not review the quality of work because only time will tell how qood the work was I still rated "A" as current impression..

The employee who did the job was great. He was on time, did the job quickly, very knowledgeable. The reason I'm writing a review is the pricing. This job was about $300. It cost $300 to replace a part that costs $20. I know this because I know the part that needed replacing and I looked up the cost on the web. If people are getting paid $280 for a 1 1/2 hour job, then I'm in the wrong business. And I have a Master's degree. I was told the next thing that would need replacing was a part that costs about $400-$500. I looked it up too, and it costed about $120. I can only imagine what Aire would charge us to have that job done.

I purchased a special in 2014 to service my air/heating unit. The technician arrived on time and serviced the outside and attic areas. At the time my air conditioner had stopped blowing cool air. I was informed there was a crack in the unit and I should purchase a new one. Since I have a home warranty, I called them. Their technician could not find a crack but said my Freon was low. After he added more Freon, the unit worked like a charm.

Jason was very polite and nice. He put up with me watching him service the unit and asking a lot of questions. During his inspection he detected a capacitor that was running low and recommended replacing it. It was great to catch this before it went out on me. He made several recommendations for energy efficiency but did not pressure me to make decisions or spend more money. I even got a discount by being an Angie's List member! I will definitely use Aire Serv again.
