Very pleased with work...we were given a detailed form indicating items checked out.

Service was adequate. Was not an "above and beyond" experience but generally had a good interaction.

The visit went well. The technician came and conducted the items listed in the deal that applied to my a/c unit. The technician said he will return in the fall when it is time to switch the system over to heating to make sure that portion of the unit is operating properly as well. Great experience, thank you!

I contacted Aireserv on a Monday morning. They said they could send a technician on Tuesday. Later that day Aireserv called back and were able to send a technician that day. Was determined leak was coming from coil main unit. Received estimate for 3 ton coil and charging the system. Aireserv installed the next day. Aireserv was prompt on all their arrival times and professional in manner.

I would highly recommend this vendor. From the initial call to the technician's professionalism and service, all was handle well. 15% senior discount is only for regular business hours....not emergency (weekends/after hours.) That minor point should be clarified on Angie's List. However, so pleased with the service that I purchased the maintenance plan for AC unit.

This is the only HVAC company I will ever use now. Using Angie's List and the reviews as a guide, I hired Aire Serv and was absolutely blown away by the professionalism, punctuality, knowledge, and pricing. This review may be so glowing you may think that I work for them or was paid for this, but absolutely not. Jason was my tech and he was right on time, extremely knowledgable and friendly, pinpointed my issue quickly, explained what he was doing and why, then repaired it quickly for a fair price. I decided to go ahead and establish a maintenance plan with Aire Serv since I cannot see any company doing a better job than what Jason did with my system today. If you need repair work, call this place.

Aire Serv is an excellent HVAC service provider. They call as the technician is on their way, the techs are punctual, polite and thorough. I have been using them for years because they are the best.

Technician was helpful and informative.

Mark was extremely professional and took his time to diagnose the true issue. He checked the HVAC, the breaker box and some other kinda breaker I didn't even know I had! Come to find out that unknown breaker had to be tripped. After doing so I immediately began to feel it cool down in the house! I was also informed that I will need new duct work within the next 5-10 years...well no need to ask who I'm calling on :-D!

Jason was the most knowledgeable and professional HVAC person I have ever spoken with. He was honest and explained everything in words we could understand. He explained to us how our entire HVAC system worked! We will be calling Aire Serv and asking for Jason for all HVAC issues in the future!

I have purchased another year with them.

It went good. They are still performing work for me. There are 2 services to be done. There was a spring and fall service. There were no additional charges. They were very professional. They came in, did the work and was gone.

Technician didn't have filters for my system which was suppose to be part of the package I purchased. Advised he would bring double when he performance the system check in the fall. He advised that I was low on Freon but I was not paying almost $500.00 to top it off. System is providing enough cool air for me until I replace the system next year.

They had to replace my a/c coil. The coil was expensive, but they had my a/c repaired within a few hours.

They are awesome. They really are. They are good. They call me up. We have an agreement, and they take care of my rental properties. After a lot of research, they are the most honest, and very professional. Nothing. They are that good. They really are. Just one, JC the technicians usually comes outs. Very professional, and knowledgeable. Very clean. He puts on his little booties.

They were initially coming in the evening but called and said they could come that morning. Mark was on time and very professional. Tired his best to get the compressor working again with no luck. The company worked with my insurance company to get me a new unit. I am very satisfied with the company.

Evan and Mark were very responsive and communicated when they were on the way. They also checked to be sure we were still able to make appointment. The inspection went well and the few minor repairs were done at the same time. I think the whole team was professional and knowledgeable.
