The service tech arrived, put on the shoe slippers, came inside, told us what he would do, then went about his business in the attic and outside. Afterward, he knocked on the door, came inside and told us what all he did and what he found that we should be aware of and reminded us that it was time to renew the service if we wanted to. It was a no pressure, no hassle decision. Very professional presentation and operation all around.

It was really good. He came on time. He did everything and it turned out that it just needed to be cleaned and it was within the deal limit so I didn’t have to pay anything extra. It really was helpful. The price was good.

Aire Serv came out two times. Both times they were prompt, polite, called before they arrived, and even put shoe covers on when they were in the house. Our second call was on the weekend, and we were pleased to learn that there was not an additional charge for emergency weekend calls. We will definitely be using them in the future.

I was pleased with the service, but I was a little surprised about the cost.

We had two more service providers come out, mostly to determine if we needed a brand new unit or not since we knew the coil was the problem. Both service providers agreed, we did not need a new unit yet. With the exception of the coil it appears the rest of the unit was in great condition. We saved the money and called Aire Serv back in November to replace the coil and we haven't had any problems since! They did a great job with the replacement and it was all done in a few hours.

I worked with Harry Roberson to replace a very old system with a brand new heating and cooling system. This was a challenging job due to the limited space they had to work in which was basically a dirt cellar below our 1930's home. They had to demo and remove all of the old, heavy, dirty equipment and ductwork then came back in with all new Carrier equipment. The new system is quiet, efficient and worry free. Plus they included a 10 year parts and labor warranty which the other contractor we talked to did not offer and Aire Serv was the best price too. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I was very pleased with the work. The inspection was very through and comprehensive. My only complaint was that the filters they used as replacements were very cheap. However, I had better filters on-hand and the technician was happy to use the filters I supplied instead of the cheaper ones. I would definitely use this company again.

I had an issue with the heat pump in that it would not reach the desired temperature and therefore not shut off. I had another service come out (twice) and both times they said the unit was functioning properly. In about 15 minutes, the technician from Aire Serv (James) figured out what the issue was and adjusted the thermostat. The system reached the desired temperature and SHUT ITSELF OFF. James also checked the Freon level (fine). Very courteous and very quick service.

After researching their HVAC service, I decided not to do business with them. They offer "$89 for a One Year Complete HVAC Maintenance Plan"; however, the agreement (as listed on their website) does not include replacing the filter, which generally runs about $40-$50. IMO, no maintenance plan is "complete" w/o replacing the filter. So, I view their advertisement as misleading. I noted that they advertise a "Maintenance Plan"; then they describe it as a "tune up." Again, IMO, this comes very close to a "bait & switch."

Air Serv, did a great job, very professional,after they finished the maintenance on my furnance,. The Serviceman, made some very helpful sugestions, concerning the care of my furnace. l have already signed with Air Serv.for 2015 service. Thank You.

New filter placed and system check resulted as functional.

My unit was recently (about 2 years)installed; however, the installer did some things that made me question the quality of the work that was done. I wanted someone independent of the original installer to look at the unit without having dressed my concerns. When the Aire Serv Heating and AC technician arrived; he was able to go outside to look at the unit, he went into the crawl space to look at the ducting; his only concern was that there appeared to be ducting that was not connected and insulation had been pulled down and not replaced. I was able to explain that I had gone from wall vents to floor vents. Though the wall vents were not sealed under the house, the walls inside the house were sealed. (Could I have problems with this later, I forgot to ask, I don't want animals to crawl into open ducting). The young man left recommendations for additional purchases to help keep moisture out of the unit; left me a new filter and then left my home. I understand that a representative from the company will return to see me in the spring. Since the technician notified me that the insulation was pulled down under the house, I asked if his company handled things like that as well. I believe he said that they did. I requested follow-up information, but I have not heard from him yet. I wanted new eyes to look at the system and as the technician did not express any other concerns, I guess the unit was installed okay by the other vendor. I wanted to ensure that I had a provider that will work with me to maintain/prolong the life of the unit. I believe I have that with Aire Serv Heating and Air Conditioning.

For piece of mind I wanted to have our AC checked while it was still summer. After researching on Angie's list I decided to try Aire Serve and their Diagnostic special. They contacted me through email quickly and got an appointment for me quickly. The technician was thorough and took the time to answer all my questions. If I was happy, I wanted to get on an annual program to have my AC checked. I signed up for their program as I found Aire Serve was not only courteous and prompt, they were reasonably priced as well. For around $300 I had not only my initial AC diagnostic, I have two more visits for my two AC's. Great price for piece of mind with a company who understands customer service.
