Excellent work, very professuional

They did a great job. I talked to them about the AC not pumping enough cold air so they sent someone out couple of days later. They wanted to something on it and wanted to go with the cheaper way of the two things that we thought was wrong. So he replaced the part first and when that did not completely fix the problem, we had to go for the more expensive route. But they found out that the part we needed was under warranty so we didn?t have to pay for the part. The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. He definitely look out for us and made sure that he was doing anything that wasn?t necessary or charging us with things that will not work.

The serviceman's name was Jason, and he was very professional. I ran a swimming pool service company many years ago and I would have loved to have a man like Jason working for me. Jason showed up. Quickly diagnosed the problem, and then fixed it. Then, Jason looked for other issues that might have contributed to the problem, did not find any, and then left. You could not ask for a better experience. As to price, how could I possibly know whether it is a good price or a rip off price? I do not have access to a price sheet and have no way to know what other service providers would charge. Angies List should not ask such a question because it requires people to guess.

Aire Serv was very prompt, friendly and honest. They had to order the part and even came on Memorial Day to fix the unit because we didn't have any a/c. We wish we knew about this company before we bought this unit. I am sure we would have saved a lot of money and trouble. I will stay with this company for all our maintenance work.

It was a love and hate relationship. They came for the deal and they did their thing and then they left. When I turned on the AC, it didn?t work. So I called them back Monday and they sent somebody else Tuesday and he said that they need some parts and to get them and I did that afternoon. I called them that afternoon for the schedule but they could not come back until the following Monday which was not okay because I had them that weekend and that left me two weekends without air conditioning and it was 100 degrees. So it?s a love and hate relationship and it has not been great. I consider myself an existing customer with an existing problem and they scheduled new customers ahead of me. So it was not good. I had someone come in on Thursday because I needed the air conditioner to work and he got it working so I cancelled my Monday follow up. And then when I went downstairs on Monday afternoon, the tank was full of water and the pump was not working. I called them on that Monday afternoon and they came out Wednesday. They did not resolve my issue in a timely way before they took another customer.

I purchased the annual contract for $89.00 and both service visits were pleasant. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional.

The technician was very informative and did a diagnosis of my electric heat pump. He made some suggestions as to what might be the problem. He explained that what he observed looked fine; but that their company did not do duct work that entailed having to break in to the walls. he gave me some good advice about who i should contact; did not try to sell me on getting new ducts; as the two previous companies had said. the technician said the problem could be in the walls. he recommended getting a plumber with a camera that would reach down into the walls to see if there is a problem there. He gave me the name of a plumber that was reasonable and did this kind of thing. He was very gracious and apologized that he could not give me a better answer since what he observed looked fine. He mentioned that the insulation on this house is a up to code but a bit thinner that what is being used on newer homes. That would help with the intake of air. He also mentioned that the unit was a bit small for the size of the house. The house has very big windows; double paned windows would help to maintain a cooler home. I was very impressed with this company.

He was quick, friendly and explained what he was checking for and how he fixed it. He also explained how some parts of the A/C functioned and checked on the status of the warranty for this unit. The fix was very simple, I could have easily done the work but didn't know what to look for. Price was a little high but the service was excellent. I would definitely use this company again.

Technician was knowledgable, timely and efficient. Called when came home from vacation to a A/C that wasn't working. Didn't expect next day appointment and the guy that answered the phone even mentioned he may be able to get a tech out earlier than the 4pm appointment. That ended up being the case so within 24 hours we had a tech out and our unit is now working. Also was very impressed with office staff! I missed the call to inform me that an earlier appointment was available but called back immediately. When a different girl answered my call she was aware of the earlier available appointment and quickly said that a technician was on the way and would be at my house in ten minutes. Very efficient!

It went very well. The service tech was punctual, friendly and professional. He was thorough and explained everything he did. I have used AireServ since I first bought their deal on Angie's List. I trust them.

This was the best and easiest repair experience I've ever had. HVAC went out on 100+ degree day, and Aire responded in 3 hours. They were prompt, professional, and proactively ensured that I took advantage of the various discounts available to me as an Angie's list member..

Do not have details on price or specifics on system with me, but they offered, by far, the best value. And, we like to support local small businesses when it makes sense. In this case, it made great sense! Totally great experience all around. Give them a whirl and you will not be disappointed!

It was uneventful, everything checked out and I given an explanation of what was checked.

The tech was on time and courteous. He was very informative and efficient on servicing both units.

I have used this company since owning this house (11/2006). I lost the A/C during a June where the temps were hitting in the 100s. This company was the only one that could come out within a day. When the technician showed up he found a loose ground cable. Fixed it with a very minimum charge. I appreciated the honesty and signed up for yearly contracts ever since. Their contract price is higher then the coupon on Angie's list so I started to use those. They have had technicians in the past that have tried to sell me equipment or replacement parts but they have been few and far in between. My last check was May 27, 2015. All crews that have shown up have been polite and pretty much on time. The office person (Betsy - I think) is great. I highly recommend Aire Serv.

He serviced the system and let me know that I had a low dual capacitor which would probably die shortly. I asked him to go ahead and replace it while he was here which he did in short order.

This morning I woke up to a warm house and discovered that my a/c wasn't working. I found Aire Serv on Angie's list and called them at 7:20- well before business hours- I anticipated leaving a message but my call was answered and a service call was set up for 12-2. At 11:30 they called to see if I'd like them to come a bit early- with the day heating up you bet I did! Jason and Alonzo arrived soon after to see what the trouble was with my air conditioner. Jason guessed that my capacitor was bad and he was right. They repaired it in no time and here I sit in my cool house. Jason and Alonzo were prompt, professional, and friendly. I appreciate that my a/c is working well, I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg to get it fixed, and the technicians were pleasant and efficient. Went great if I had used them back in 2007 I would not have had most of this expense. previous service provider did not register the upstair unit so the condenser coil was not still under warranty. These repairmen explained everything that they found and offered different solutions and what each one would cost. Very professional and the only HVAC that I will use in the future.

Great job, throughly checked out my ac and heating unit.
