+ -1 more.No one would correct the situation. No refund No apology. Worst contractor experience ever
Description of Work: Replaced 12' overhead insulated aluminum garage door`but did not inspect and replace the chain drive opener as I asked them to do. Needless to say, It crushed the door they installed. No one would even return my phone calls to fix. I ended up ordering replacement panels for the new door from the manufacturer and replacing them myself and installing a new door opener on top of that.

+ -1 moreThis was the worst experience I have ever had with a Co. I have a large 17ft wide wooden Garage Door, I had a 1/2 horse power opener that didn't work so I wanted to replace it with a bigger horse power.3/4. I gave the lady the #that my son and I had looked up on the Lift master by Chamberlain Web Site,She said they did not have that #but could sale me something compatable I said ok. When they had put it up it was a 1/4 horse power and could hardly open the door. I called and tried to talk to the owner who was very rude and kept telling me that there was nothing wrong with the 1/4 horsepower. I tried to tell him that this was not what I wanted or what I had paid for and that the light didn't even work on it.He said I had to put a light bulb in it (I am 75 ) Later that day 2 men came out and put in a 1/2 horse power I just had to let it go as I was so upset by this time .I so hate to see anyone else get taken advandage of as I was..
