Sanchez Lawn Maintenance

Good when they showed up. There were numerous weeks they never came but expected to be paid on a monthly basis. Beware!

Claudio was reasonable, prompt, quick, thorough, and just plain nice. I would HIGHLY recommend his services.

Mr. Sanchez was responsive to my inquiry and did an excellent job in aerating the lawn. He had the equipment necessary to do a large open lawn, and smaller harder to get to areas. Everything was done as requested, all walkways and drive ways blown clean after the aeration. Will definitely hire again.

We used them off and on for a couple of years. When they showed, work was ok. Lawn tended to be cut really short, but not a huge deal. But they consistently had issues with showing up when promised. We finally cut ties in October 2015 after repeated no shows and lack of response to our calls and texts on multiple occasions across two weeks. Would never recommend due to the constant aggravation of getting them to commit to a date they will show up.

Everything went very well. Did an excellent job. Very professional. Will have them back on a regular basis.

Mowed and cleaned up yard from previous bad lawn maintenance providers. The yard was a mess from mulch layed down that was not sanitized so all the local weeds were in it and growing by the minute. One of the previous lawn providers layed down the mulch. They were prompt, pleasant and did the work I asked them to.

I called and left a message and sent a message through Angie's List and this provider never responded.

Because of the high ratings for this provider we though he sounded perfect. My husband called Mr. Sanchez on Friday the 17th. He said that he would be by on Sunday to look at what needed done and give us an estimate. He was a no show! I called back and we rescheduled for Wednesday. This time he showed up. I explained that because of an upcoming event I needed to have the work done as soon as possible! Mr. Sanchez looked at what needed done and told me he could do it sometime the next week. He also said it would most likely be a full days work and that he would have an estimate for me the next day. Well no bid came Thursday, so I sent him a text message... no responce. I sent another text message on Friday... no responce. Then I called a few hours later and he told me he was just to busy! He could have told us that on the 17th when we called. He not only a wasted my time but now I am frantiic because Im not sure if Ill be able to find somebody with the time left. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

They did a great job, they were fast, efficient and courteous. The yard looks so much better!

Unfortunately, he never showed up. I made numerous appointments. However, he never came. Sometimes he would call and delay his appointment to another day. Sometimes it would be several days before he called and excuse himself with some silly reason. I do not think that he thought he was unprofessional. I just think he thought that his lack of timeliness was normal. When someone lacks proper etiquette, I think you can be certain that, if he ever performed any work, the quality of his work would be tremendously lacking.

Called and came out the same day to give me a free estimate. Came back next day and did the work. Inadvertently missed a few small hedges in back yard, but came back a few days later to finish the job...and even trimmed a few other larger hedges without asking at no additional cost.

Called the provider, discussed what was needed, an appointment was made to come to the home for an estimate, never showed, did not call. I called, no response.

He showed up like clockwork. Answered questions and concerns I had about lawn and some plants. Provided and spread mulch and spread some grass seed by hand and mowed lawn and blew leaves off driveway and back yard. Worked very fast and very efficiently. I would also like to mention that I have had several lawn care providers and this is easily the best service I have ever dealt with. Dependable, punctual, knowledgeable and very efficient, which I have not had with other services.

I called for an estimate and Mr Sanchez came out the next day and within a couple of days the work was completed.

He does and excellent job every time. He cleans up after every job and shows up on time.

Claudio answered my call and gave me an estimate within hours. He and his crew showed up as scheduled and worked nonstop until the job was completed. It is refreshing to see someone who takes pride in his work.

Excellent job. I have used Claudio for a year and asked him to start coming to my new home after moving this spring. He does terrific work, at an excellent price. He has also done special services, such as mulch and extensive trimming, for very reasonable prices. He is responsive. Overall, wonderful experience. I recommended him to the new owners of my old home.

After contacting several service providers who did not return calls, or show up when they promised, Mr. Sanchez was a breath of fresh air. He contacted me promptly and set a time to give me an estimate. After the estimate we planned a time for the work to be done, but rain changed the plan. He called me to reschedule. Work went very well. Have hired his team to come back every two weeks for lawn maintenance.

Mr. Sanchez was extremely quick to reply to our phone call for services. He came out and gave us an estimate to mow and trim our yard- front and back. Our lot is .78 of an acre and also has the backyard fenced in so there is a lot of trimming as well as mowing. We had been out of town and our yard looked horrible. Mr. Sanchez came two days later and did a great job making our yard look respectable again. We were so pleased that he came out so quickly and did the job. We also asked if he could do some overall landscape cleaning up and he said yes. We want all the shrubs and bushes in our backyard around the patio completely removed so we can start with a clean slate so we can change the landscaping. We also want him to weed and clean up the front of the house but keep the current plants and shrubs intact. He said he would put us on the schedule to do all that work also for an additional fee. It will be money worth spending as many of the shrubs in the back are large and too much for us to handle. So far, so good. No complaints and would suggest Sanchez Lawn Maintenance to anyone who needs help with their yard.

I called on a Saturday and got an estimate for lawn services on Sunday. Claudio's team came the next week and did an outstanding job. Now I'm signed up for mowing every other week. What a great find!

In March of this year, I began looking thru lawn service providers on Angies List and called several. Claudio was the only one who called back and came out within in a reasonable time [less than 24 hours]. His pricing seemed reasonable so I let him mow and trim the bushes that day. Claudio and team did an excellent job, so I hired him to continue doing my lawn thru the remainder of the year. So far, they have continued to come on time and do good work for resonable prices. What more can you ask from a service provider? :)
