Great and on time.

We did not do all of this at one time. We had Lee replace the dock a few months ago and he did a great job on this project. My cost was high because he had to demolish the old stuff before starting on the new. Lee uses superior materials and takes pride in his work. He took us around the lake showing us some of his work and his competitors work pointing out the little things he does different from them. It's obvious that he does go the extra mile to ensure his work lasts a long time. We recently hired him again to demolish our old sea wall and rebuild it. I wish we had done this first, but hindsight is 20/20 and he had to remove some of the pier to get to the wall. He suggested that we dig a hole in the yard to bury the blocks from the old wall and save on the cost of disposal. We used the dirt to build up and level the yard creating a flatter landscape that's more useable. We had him build in steps going into the lake that blends in nicely with the wall. He also built us a firepit as a bonus for giving him the job. Lee did a great job smoothing out the landscape and planted winter rye to keep the rain from ruining our landscape till spring. We were very excited and pleased with what we have now. Lee Maloy may quote a little high, but his work is superior to any I've seen in my area and is well worth the difference.
