Craig’s Tree Service is a professional arborist and has been grinding stubborn stumps and removing fallen trees and their debris across the Central Savannah River Area since the 1940's. We take pride in arriving promptly for each job, providing quick service and performing a job well done each and every time. We are a locally owned and operated total tree service company providing expert services, including, but not limited to: stump grinding, tree cutting services, tree removal services, pruning, and thinning.

Chipping and hauling, dangerous tree removal, tree removal and treatment, shrub pruning and thinning, storm clean up, stump grinding, stump removal, land clearing, logging of small tracks, timber purchasing of 10 acres or less, cabling, landscaping, yard clean up & dead wood removal.

From the first call I made I was so impressed. Mr. Craig continually kept me informed as to the day when they would come - when a previous job ran longer than they planned he called to keep me posted and let me know he would be there a day later - then called the night before to confirm again and arrived at the time promised. They did an excellent job - other than missing a very large dead tree on my front yard, you would never know they had been there as every bit of the tree, branches, etc. was removed. He also is an arborist so was able to answer my questions and give me advice about a replacement tree. Can't recommend him highly enough

Mr. Craig came out immediately and assessed the situation. He was quite knowledgeable about forestry. His brother and crew came out in the rains we were experiencing. His brother climbed up this tree with skill. The tree was probably 6 inches in diameter at that time. He topped the tree carefully as the tree was near a buried culvert. Then he came done 4-6 ft at a time, each time lopping the trunk. I've never seen such dexterity. Within the hour the tree was gone as they hauled off the pieces and cleaned the area. I am thankful to them for putting us at ease. I recommend them highly.
Description of Work: One pine tree, over 40ft high and a foot in diameter was compromised. Both my neighbor's and our house were at risk should it fall. His quote was quite reasonable.

Criag’s tree service came early and finished quickly, they were professional clean and even took care of some problems that we had not discussed. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs tree work done. Reasonably priced and will use them again.
