small appliance repair
+ -1 moreThe new generator has stopped working once in the last 6 months. Sears said they'd send a engineer out to fix it within 3/4 days. That was 2 months ago and they still haven't come nor telephoned me. I have since then taken it to a small enginer repair center at my own cost and had it fixed. Very por service. I have not nor will I ever shop here again.
Description of Work: I purchased a new Sears Generator and other equipment from them. Over $1000.00. The generator blow a hole in the side of the engine block within 6 months of purchase. I took it back and the Manager refused to do anything. I then contacted Sears and they told me to return it to the shop as they were a return center. The Manager refused to accept it. After many telephone calls and emails I did manage to get it replaced.
