Spot Free Cleaning

The work was a A plus, but twice they missed appointments. the first they said they had scheluding conflice, which we had been on the calendar, cleaning our house for a few weeks, and they had a set time and date to be at our house. They did call but that didn't help us out. The second time they just didn't show up..We called for several days, left messages and no reply. It wasn't till we left a message that we no longer wanted their service they called us back.. They said it was a misunderstanding on day to come. Will not use them again

On Friday morning 8/15/2014 I scheduled an appointment with Mark for him to give me an estimate on some house cleaning that I wanted regularly. The appointment was set for Monday 8/18/2014 for between 5:30-6:30 pm. No one from Spot Free Cleaning came during that time nor did anyone call to say they could not make the appointment. At 6:30pm (since I have a schedule to keep unlike Spot Free Cleaning) I called and left a message stating that at that time I considered the appointment cancelled. To miss an appointment for a valid reason is excusable, to not even call to inform a customer that you are not going to make the appointment when you have a phone in your pocket is inexcusable. Update: Mike called me a week after our scheduled appointment and explained the circumstances for missing our scheduled appointment. The unforunate circumstances were a valid reason for missing the appointment, although I think a call should have still been made to cancel. I agree to give Spot Free another chance and Mike came at our rescheduled time. A day or two after coming out for the estimate he emailed me to say that I was not in his service area. He list his service area as Oconee County and portions of Pickens and Anderson counties. I live in Oconee county. I emailed to inquire about this discrepency, yet I never got a reply to my email.

They were very good. They had good pricing and prompt service. They've been very flexible in scheduling appointments for us. It's a very good service for the price they charge. They are very prompt and do a good job.

I did not feel like they did a very through job. They came at the time I requested but only after letting me know that it was not convenient for them. I have had much more through house cleanings before.

They are very dependable, reliable and do a great job. Very easy to work with.

My house hasn't looked this good since I first moved in. Home needed a good thorough cleaning from top to bottom. Mark and crew did a great job, their attention to detail was first rate. Extremely pleased with price, quality of service, the entire experience. Won't hesitate to use them again.

When they come in 2 people clean the bottom floor while the other two clean the top floor. All the bathrooms are scrubbed, mopped, clean, they dust from ceiling to floor, vacuum, mop, swiffer, out in about 11/2-2 hours. Very friendly will do whatever is asked of them. Will definitely keep using them.

They certainly cleaned the house better than I can. It took them less than one hour from start to finish for a 1650 square foot job, and the price was certainly low.

I found this company as a result of our local "Upstate Today Deals" through the Seneca newspaper. I paid for a 4 hour housecleaning job through this site, at a reduced rate of $ 49 for a $ 100 job. I called the company phone number and Idella returned my call that evening. We discussed a date and time for her to come out to my home. This was negotiated quickly to accomodate my schedule and the company schedule. On the agreed upon date/time, they arrived promptly and quickly assessed our needs/wants and went right to work. They worked as a team of 3 people and even cleaned areas, such as our ceiling fans, which we had not asked for. This was the best experience with housecleaning I have ever had.
