Brent was a delight to work with. We were miles away in Connecticut so we needed a contractor we could trust to deliver high standards. He's a winning combination of exceptional smarts and skill sets. Our project was about six months and Brent delivered as promised. We highly recommend him to navigate one's building process.

We were extremely pleased with the results. The kitchen and baths are beautiful. The provider made a number of excellent suggestions as to design and materials. The tile work is the best we have ever seen. The work was completed on time and on budget. He kept us up to date on progress. We could not be happier.

He did an outstanding job of removing the original paneling from the stairwell and replacing it with drywall and molding, which he speckled and painted. He also replaced the steps and landing at the bottom of the stairway with more appropriate and safer steps than were originally installed in the house. The work was done promptly and completely and we are totally satisfied with his work. The remodeling of our kitchen and upstairs bathroom, along with the remodeling of the laundry room in October 2014, went extremely well. The tiling work is outstanding and the remodeling of the laundry room has given us a much more efficient facility. Brent's work on re-sealing leaking windows on the front and rear of the house was a time consuming and difficult job involving the rental of a "cherry picker" vehicle in order to access the windows. Brent's patience and hard work under difficult conditions resulted in all leaks being sealed. Everything Brent has done for us was well conceived, reasonably priced, and completed in an outstanding, professional manner. We will not hesitant to call on him again should we require work to be done at our home in the future. He is honest, reliable and has great integrity. We have recommended to many neighbors and friends, who have found his services to be equally outstanding and who have been similarly pleased with his work.

Brent Griffith and his partner do outstanding work. Once the windows were ordered and shipped, the actual installation took about three days. Windows look great, operate correctly and seal. Any exposed wood/framing was painted to match the existing framing. All debris and excess material was cleaned up and removed.

Brent arrived daily on time and got to work. He managed personnel, materials providers, got permits and performed all the engineering to make the walkway and deck not only to code but also using strong and stable joists set in cement. The outcome is an excellent lifelong permanent deck with surrounding planter. He removed all debris, displayed courtesy at all times and communicated remotely about the progress of the work while I was out of town. I am 110% happy with the work and would HIGHLY recommend Brent for both indoor and outdoor carpentry and design work.

It went smoothly and quickly. I have used Brent again for some smaller repairs, and every time he is punctual and professional. I had an opportunity to view a house he completed from beginning to end and every detail was of the highest quality. I would use him again should the opportunity arise. (I own a lot at Anchorage Plantation, and Brent would be the builder I would use if I decide to build there.)

I would highly recommend GriffDecker. Brent is very professional and easy to work with. There were no delays. The quality of the work was excellent. He promptly took care of a couple of very minor issues that arose after the work was down. This work was done on our place on Seabrook Island, SC.
