Mr. Duncan came immediately, got the job done quickly, and was very pleasant. However, he charged $275.00 in labor for a routine job that did not take even 4 hours, and involved no crawling under the house, or anywhere else, or any use of complex equipment or tools. That price is way out of line for this area. I am not one to complain about costs, and I am happy for working folks to be paid very well, but more than $70.00 per hour is really too much for a plumber. The work he did was fine; he definitely knew what he was doing. However, he is going to have to come back because the under-the- sink repair has caused another connection to start leaking. I also would like to have had the utility sink attached to the wall; it stands on 4 legs, but it moves slightly when it is used - attaching to the wall would stop the movement. I can't afford to pay Mr. Duncan to attach the sink to the wall, however, so I may have to do it myself. If not for the wobbly sink, I would have given him an A on quality. If you use Mr. Duncan, he will do a fine job; be sure to get a quote before he performs any work.
Description of Work: Mr. Duncan purchased and installed a new utility sink to replace one with rusted pipes. He also replaced a rusted water connection and valve for the waterline under the bathroom sink.
