Jerry was prompt in his response and kept in touch during this whole process which I thought would be easy. His crew was punctual and well mannered. They cleaned up after themselves and worked very hard doing this messy job. I think Jerry is a very personable, knowledgeable individual. He knows his business very well and been doing it for many years. I am more than pleased with the results. I wanted a few and quot;special thingsand quot; with my design, and they had good suggestions and completed the job the way I wanted it. I would hire him again; and will recommend him to anyone who needs tile work done in their house.

It was flawless. We had made an appointment for him to come, but several days before, he called to apologize. He was obligated on a job that he was doing. There were complications, and he couldn't leave that job in the middle. We understood, and set up another time several days later. He was on time and the work was done perfectly, and cleanly. It is actually a pleasure to see such an example of flawless work. Jerry obviously cares about what he does, and he makes sure that it ends up as something of which he can be proud. He is also an easygoing and delightful person. A total pleasure from start to finish.
