+ -1 moreI called many different appliance repair places to try to get my samsung dryer fixed. No one would touch it. Finally I got referred to Ray. He had the parts I needed on his truck already and was in and out within an hour. I will definitely use him again.

+ -1 moreRay was clear, honest, and timely in getting back to us and very straightforward about costs involved. He kept good contact as part had to be ordered for our LG washing machine, and was very efficient about getting it installed, even making a special trip out. Highly recommended!
Description of Work: He was the only appliance repair facility in the area that could/would fix a LG washing machine. He was upfront about dates and times available for the scheduling, clear about the cost of the service call/diagnosis, and appeared on time. He thoroughly diagnosed the problem with the LG washing machine and concluded the board was not functioning, and noted that he would have to order it. He pulled up the repair part online to show me approximate cost and even offered to call me back with exact price before ordering! He communicated via text with me on part status and scheduling for installing it as soon as possible and made special trip down to do so. He was unfailingly on time, polite, professional, and even offered suggestions for other appliance care areas that we had not thought about.
