+ -1 moreI DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ENGINE SHOP....I took a small generator to have a diaphragm put in the carburetor the owner said he would look at it and see if he could get the part a week later he said he found the part and had ordered it, two months later no one ever called me about my generator I go by and they said the part has not come in yet another two weeks went by I received no calls about my generator I go by the repair shop they said my generator would be ready in a few days it wasn't put back together I finally got my generator after paying $245 which is robbery $100.more than it should have cost, they put a new spark plug in new air filter which I had already put a new spark plug and filter in it before carrying it to the small engine shop to see if I can get it running myself, I had to take the generator back the next day because it was running rough, I told the owner I was not satisfied with the service I received he walked away from me explaining well I got it running you're good to go, very unprofessional I told the person at the counter I will be advertising for him peacefully on the public sidewalk beside of his business, if anyone want to join me you're welcome, lets show them we not satisfied with there service I will let everyone know this is not the place to carry your small engines to get repaired....I wish I had looked at others reviews before carrying my small engine there to be repaired I'm not the only one dissatisfied.

Description of Work: Lawn mower would not start. Did a full tune up and found problem. Used regular gas instead of non ethanol. This mower fairly new but not aware of proper gas needed. They said they see a lot of the same problem in this particular make. |Ready when they said. Picked up and all is good.

+ -1 moreI called B & B Small Engine Repair on Tuesday, 3/2/2015, and spoke to Derek. He agreed to pick up my chipper/shredder that afternoon. He came by around 4:30, and picked up the shredder. I described the problem I was experiencing. He called me today around noon, and delivered it about 1:30.
Description of Work: Picked up my chipper shredder on 3/2/2015, repaired it and returned it to me on 3/6/2015. It starts easier and faster than when I first bought it.

+ -1 moreFantastic job! Blower runs better than it ever has since we've owned it. These people know what they're doing and are very thorough. We have a couple other machines that we plan to take for him to work on.
Description of Work: Rebuilt carburetor on a Shindawa back pack style leaf blower. Replaced fuel filter, fuel lines, primer bulb, spark plug, air intake tubes. Complete cleaning and tune up.

Description of Work: Last year my pressure washer could not run unless the choke was full on. B&B fixed it and they did a fast job at a reasonable price. Also, in April 2013 my lawnmower was tuned up and the self propelled cable was replaced because it had rusted off. B&B did the job at a reasonable price and I am very satisfied with their work. I will be recommending this business to all my friends because it is so difficult to find good small engine repair professionals.
