He made a glaring error and I hope that this review will save someone else from hiring him. Not only didn't he inspect, he didn't even take the time to find a septic tank. This will now cost thousands to rectify and he wouldn't even have the decency to own up to his mistake.

Russell does a very professional and thorough job. It pays to be at the inspection. Although he did not want me following him around while he did the inspection, he enters all the information on his computer and has the inspection report prepared as soon as he is done with the physical inspection. He went over both inspections on the spot with a thorough discussion of the significance of his findings including pictures. He then emails the report in short order.

This guy gave us a fancy report advising of the most obvious problems of the home inspected but we found out the day of closing he had not performed his job of inspection thoroughly. We found added structural damage he didn't report, leaky faucets in and outside the house. He didn't even check the washer connection, in plain view, where he would have noticed the wall was mildewed and rotten. We opened the back door to the house and could not even get the door to fit back in the frame to secure it. Truluck stated it worked fine when he checked it..... BS!!! When I threatened to report him to the State Labor and licensing Board, he broke his neck to return the fee he charged. This guy was a terrible home inspector. Don't be fooled. We got stuck with lots of repairs thanks to his failure to do his job!!
