The appointment was set up very soon after entering the request. The crew was professional as well as friendly and explainrd all that they were doing. Being a very old septic system, it took some time to find the septic tank and get the very heavy lid off, but all was accomplished and in a totally satisfactory manner.

Report should elaborate on conditions found and specific reasons for the action. Just reporting the action is insufficient. Otherwise a totally satisfactory interaction with very accommodating personnel at all levels. I will use them again and suggest others do so.

The owner of Swamp Rabbit Septic called me very quickly after I entered the job details on HomeAdvisor and was nice and professional. He quickly scheduled the job of pumping the septic tank for the next morning. The crew arrived a little ahead of schedule and immediately got to work locating the tank and lid. They had the job completed in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the work and would highly recommend them!

Dependable and Professional

I was called as driver was on the way. The two gentlemen accommodated my tricky yard and were able to locate the top of tank with minimal digging. Once tank was empty, they quickly refilled hole, removed hoses and were on their way. They answered all of my questions. My only suggestion? Accept credit cards or a thirty day billing.

This company answered our inquiry for a quote immediately with a telephone call and scheduled service for us that day. The two workers, Troy and Elijah, arrived on time, worked quickly, answered all our questions intelligently and were done with their work in about 1.5 hours. We would recommend them to anyone needing similar service and we will certainly call them again when we need them in the future.

Although I have been in construction for as many years as I can remember, I would rate Swamp Rabbit Septic in the top 3 of companies I have dealt with and I have used many companies in my life. They were very prompt in contacting us to schedule service, very prompt in preforming the service, and did well at their service. They pumped out our septic tank with very little mess, and gave very good advice for the continued maintenance of the septic tank: use of lime powder.
